Had a comfortable stay here for almost 2 weeks. Hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly, they even invited us to attend the hotel's anniversary celebration. Housekeeping is available everyday, consistently providing our requests. Their breakfast also offers generous servings w/ unlimited bread, soup, fruits and drinks. The hotel is situated near the Osmeña circle which has everything we need.
I don't know how other travellers define "good" or "excellent" but we can't say the same based on our standards. Yes, staff were accommodating and pleasant but that's it. 1. Room was hot since the AC gets turned off every single time we left the room. 2. Sheets were stained. Yuck. 3. Very limited breakfast options. 4. Room looked VERY different in photos. Our fault though, since we were deceived. 5. Shower head was broken I suppose since water coming out if it were just going to different directions. The only thing I liked here is that it is in the center of everything. We were able to walk to Larsians without breaking a sweat and most cab drivers knew where the hotel was. If you're traveling for the first time in Cebu, I highly recommend you stay elsewhere.
Location is just near to Fuente Osmeña Circle. Our room was spacious with 2 beds, clean and we don’t have any problems with regard to TV signal, Wi-Fi, Aircon and they’ve complete toiletries though the CR was quite obsolete. We had plated breakfast but with unlimited coffee and juice. Overall stay was good and it exceeded our expectations.
As far as it goes, this hotel is in a decent location, as the street it faces is quiet enough, with the main traffic being at the back. However, the room floor itself was a little dusty, and the blankets were super super thin and small. It's a bit hard to settle in comfortably if you are tall or big. Also do note while shampoo and soap is provided, toothbrushes aren't.
We went to cebu last August and this hotel literally saved our stay. Our first hotel was a mess then thankfully got transferred here which offers good accommodation. Free breakfast so no need to worry what to eat. Located in Fuente which I think where most transportation is available so no issues.
I paid the same amount for 1night here as 2nights at a very nice family-friendly owned resort at Loboc. What I got: - unclean room and beds - shower is filled with crawling bugs - awful smelling green gooey hand soap - sub par shower not accompanied by water bucket - very dim lighting - no space to hang wet towels - 1 not fluff at all pillow per bed - worst of all: blankets were not readily available, when requested, the ones dropped were simply thin synthetic wools that are far from comfortable.
The place is good, with hot shower. Nice and polite staff. Located in the city so it is very easy to commute and explore the beauty of cebu. Near a coffee shop, convenient store, banks and walking distance to the main road.
Stayed 2 nights here. The place is in a great location being at the heart of cebu and price is ok. The crew are helpful. Place is relatively clean. They only provide 1 pillow per guest but you can rent pillows at 20 pesos each. Only thing is that some pillows have bedbugs! After the first night, i wasnt so sure yet as i had only 1 bite, but after the 2nd night, i had like 6 bites already and it was the typical bed bug bite. Food: ok. You get breakfast for 2 even if the room is for 3. Breakfast costs around 180/pax and you have a choice between plated dishes like bacon, ham, danggit, tocino, bangus and the like. They have a station that serves porridge and bread for free. All in all, i would have rated the place to be a 4 but because of the bedbugs, ill give it a 2.
the pro's location the staff the food the con's space this is a business hotel i believe it is fitting that they have those positives. very near to the fuente circle and the hype resto and bars. near banks and supermarket. all are walking distance. if you are in search of a budget friendly hotel in a well situated location, this is The hotel.but a big no if you are after luxury and comfort.
This is a very simple and laidback hotel. Most of the rooms are equipped with two single beds, they dont have rooms that have one queen ir king bed. Like for me, I am travelling alone si I have to disarrange the two single beds. Wifi is not working properly. Breakfast is good. Been here many times. Lighting of the rooms needs change. Staffs are very accomodating except for the lesbian looking, very rude and will not smile at all. Expect for the owner to be always present.
