best place to go if you need GYM and pool but don't like the room set up. Its nice if it was renovated. our room was place in the center so we cannot see any light from the outside. Amenties were great.
This review is for the gym located in the hotel, not the hotel itself. I tried several gyms in the Cebu City-Mandaue area and settled on this one for occasional day use. It is clean and has a variety of machines, as well as free weignts. The day use price of 300 pesos is reasonable. The gym has a pool and sauna, though I have not used these.
Such a shame really because with a little investment could be a great place. Its very clear nothing has been spent on this place for years, I do really struggle to give it a average rating for the money you pay. Is to sleep to much to ask for???. Drum & Base music till 5am everyday from a place 40m away. ( MANY REVIEWS HAVE SAID THIS GOING BACK YEARS I SEE) Still you can always drown that out with the 15 year old aircon units . Its like sleeping in a room with a car engine running next to your bed. (kid you not) On the plus side, its clean. Off to buy some earplugs . If i was the owner, i would be ashamed of the toilet near the reception. I bet there own house toilet is not the same.
We chose this Hotel due to its proximity to the venue of business during our stay. True enough, it was very convenient place to stay as it is only 5-6mins away. The Hotel may be showing age here and there but the staff are friendly. The hallways are smelling clean. The swimming pool's not bad as well. The breakfast food menu were typical but, just the same it was ok. Not excellent but ok as the waiters make up for it by being attentive. Theroom assigned us however, was without any windows. We did not expect this.next time i will specify that we be given a better room option with windows. But anyway, it was clean, spacious, and cozy.
The place has smaller rooms than usual. It has a big pool though where we enjoyed most of our time. Food is not good (taste & price). The staff are friendly & helpful. Overall experience is just okay.
Unfortunately we gave it another shot tonight. The receptionist Cherry did not even wait for us in the said 15 min grace period and gave out therapist to the next customer. Disappointed she called out to us we were still meters away and told us no more massage. She even tried to explain that she was right. She was arguing with us on "grace period".
Stayed here with the whole family for 3 days while inn cebu. We got a family deluxe room. Rooms are acceptable. Visible previous splash stains on the carpeted walls and mould on the shower handle but the beds are made well and changed daily. Toilet pressure is very low and a few times we had to wait to try flush again. My daughter had a bit of an accident and wet the sheets and had to pay 1500 pesos for cleaning. Close to ayala but still takes roughly 20-30mins due to horrendous traffic. Not very close to other ameneties so you definitely have to travel. Overall ok place to just sleep in. Most likely will not be staying again.
To whom it may concern on the spa services. First off I want to say I am extremely disappointed with your service last night. We had a booking for 945pm and we arrived 946pm. We were led to a couples massage that started around 956pm. Your therapists were already talking about going home prior to the massage starting. Letty and her partner were hurrying the massage. We did not feel an ounce of relaxation during the session as they were pounding their hands on the back. When we booked an hour of massage we expected to get an hour of service. They finished us off at 1,030pm. How is that one hour? The therapists even hurried up the stretching to the point that my neck was bent in an odd way.. We never experienced this before having patronised you guys so this was utterly disappointing.…
1) Quiet location, but the rides to dinner or to the city center by taxi cost 80-150 peso (which waiting at the hotel entrance). 2) Breakfast buffet (200 pesos) was for me as a European non-tasty, but the lunch menu had a good tasteful selection. Disappointing is the very high price of coffee by 66 peso! 3) Bed could be a bit more comfortable and longer (too short for me with 176cm). 50 pesos for 1 hour Internet and the somewhat too weak pressure in the shower (me it was cold in the shower!) must be named as an error. 4) The aircon works very well in our big room. 5) A nice clean pool with a depth from around 1,40 metre. Okay, they were always friendly and very helpful, but after staying there 9 days we got only a simple goodbye at the end, they not ask how it was or something else and this was a big disappointment!! Therefor i remove one star.…
The combination of hotel/spa/wellness doesn't work here. Why? Because the owner leases the separate parts to others: hotelbars and restaurant, several wellness shops and the tenants work by their own rules. We experienced that the hotelbar was closer on Sunday! Ah, no guests on Sunday??? Well, the hotel was fully booked. The pool is not available the whole day for the guests because swim teams practice in the morning. Hotelroom was OK although it's annoying that you need to buy toothbrush and paste at the frontdesk.....crazy. There should be coffee facilities in the room...nope. Asked at the frontdesk: yes, only on request. Then you get a water cooker plus two cups. But no coffee! There are signs that say: silence. But a group booked a party at the pool.....they were not silent, ofcourse. And again, pool not available. All in all, if you're not into sports, doing workouts etc then this is not the place to be.…
