Had a great time staying for 2nights in the city. We arrived very early, Ms. danielle in the reception checked us in. I asked her if we could have the room early even if we pay extra as we are very exhausted from the flight. Due to the hotel was full the day we arrives our request will be upon availability. So we decided to have a breakfast buffet which was not that expensive and we Love it. After breakfast the room was ready for us. We really appreciate the effort to make the room ready before the standard time. We had a high floor corner room which was really nice. The hotel itself is Well maintained. Everything is clean from public are to our room. A tip for all the travellers: be polite to reception if you want to request something and they will surely gonna do it for you although this will also be subject to availability. The team at Pusô Bistro & Bar represents among the highest levels of restaurant customer service I have experienced in Asia. Jeven Jaganas and his teammates, Mark, Job, Eric and Carlos all have stellar customer service and friendly attitude.
The room was clean and sanitized, toiletries are complete, the staffs are accommodating and gives assistance on time, the breakfast is good and the room cleaning was fast and great by Ms. Mildred Codera.
As a guest and trainee in a week I was able to feel fun, tiring and super enjoyed in the whole stay. I would like to give my sincere thanks and shout out to Mr. Eric & Mr. Dave from puso. Mr. Jun, Ms. Acel, Ms. Jennifer from housekeeping. These people was very excellent in their jobs and also giving us excellent service. I always enjoy staying at Quest Hotel as it's my lodging of choice when I'm in Cebu City. The only reason I rated my stay a 3/5 stars is the electronic lock on my door wasn't functioning properly and locked my out of my room on four seperate occasions including twice in one day. IT did their best to address the issue each time, but the problem continued to occur despite there best efforts. One one those occasions the individual responsible for cleaning my room, which was Mildred Codera assited me. She took time away from her busy schedule to help me get back into my room. She took video of my multiple attempts to gain entry and also tried herself. She immediately sent those videos to the engineers and waited with me till they arrived to fix the room door entry sensor. I would like to give Mildred Codera a special thanks as she was very helpful, patient and understanding. …
The Concierge group are the best I encounter in my travel. From the time I arrived, the team had provided excellent service in taking care of my luggage. Victor helped me print my next flight to Cagayan de Oro. Ron, Mike and,Ethan helped me plan the many activities here in Cebu. Great Service, good food and clean rooms.
The location of Quest Hotel - Cebu was the main reason my wife and I chose it from a random listing of hotels close to a number of facilities and institutions around Cebu's business center that we had planned to be having transactions with while in the city. We checked in on a weekend, not fully certain we had made the right choice, but found out the following Monday we were actually just a block or two away from most of the places we needed to go to and visit. An excellent choice, indeed! And what made our stay even more memorable and worthwhile was the very warm welcome we received from the hotel staff. That special greeting of a slight head bow with the hand gently placed upon the chest is "uniquely Quest". Last August we came back expecting the usual courtesy and service, and sure enough, the Quest hotel staff did not disappoint us... and, we were even surprised to be provided with a room upgrade (after an issue with the air-conditioning unit in our prior assigned accommodation). We were very delighted and thankful. Elderly and PWD-friendly, Quest Hotel Cebu provided us, the young "once" with a comfortable, convenient, and restful hotel experience we really needed. We would be extremely happy to recommend Quest to family and friends. Yes, guests, undoubtedly, enjoy the Puso's special buffet and ala-carte menus, and also at the evening poolside buffet. The weekend after-dinner live musical performers are a sure wholesome treat. We would be remiss not mentioning the excellent and prompt customer service of the following staff: F&B Mgr Grant, Elvie, Erik, Julius, Mark, John B, Ram, & Karl and the other equally hardworking Puso staff. The amiable Joyce at the business office, the concierge guys, MIchael, Victor & Aljun, and the protection/entrance attendants, Lliam & Brian, have made our entire hotel experience truly memorable. The Hotel in general was good, the Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. I wish to stay next time with more competitive price :) The hotel location is walking distance to Ayala mall, which you can do your shopping and dining if you look for variety of cusine.
We had a good stay. The room was sanitized and their buffet was fantastic. Their staff were really warm and polite. The receptionist asked me how my trip was during check in. It warmed me somehow. We didn't go into the pool but it looked nice. My fiance was concerned about security in the balcony because it was near the pool and someone could just easily climb to the rooms lol. I would like to go back though.
