If you want somewhere quiet with friendly staff at a good price, this is for you. The rooms are clean and the noise is not too bad for this area. It's only a 5 minute walk from some shops and a massage place and 10 minutes from the busy area. I would not stay anywhere else if i come back.

We wanted a peaceful neighborhood. And if you do too, this one is for you. Though, it's a bit far to get a ride but when you have now the access to the likes of grab or angkas, it's not a problem. There are some taxis passing by the area too. Place is great. Clean. And spacious. Staffs are friendly and approachable especially the two ladies on the day shift during our stay. But the one on the night shift isn't. But that's fine. Complimentary breakfast is available and there are choices to choose from. All in all, a commendable place to stay.

Honestly, I would want to stay here again when I come back. They do everything from house keeping to free breakfasts. The rooms and the bed are well cleaned and tidy. I also liked how they give toileteries and towels.

I have stayed at Palazzo many times now. It is a reasonably priced pensionne house in Cebu. The staff is great and very helpful. The rooms are clean and meet my needs. The Wi-Fi can be inconsistent in strength. Next time I am in Cebu I will stay at Palazzo.

Palazzo Pensionne is a nice and very comfortable place to stay i Cebu. It is located pretty close to the city center, we colud walk everywhere without needing to use public transportation. The place offers freshly prepared breakfast on the time that is most suitable for you. I really apprecieated it! Rooms are spacious and look very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I can totally recond this place!

Very clean rooms and great showers. Wi fi and air con in every room, clean sheets and above all space and comfort. There is breakfast included with coffee or tea as well as meals availabale to purchuse in the attached cafe.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Service was really fast and prompt as the staff attends to all our needs. A good stay overall. They can also prepare breakfast earlier if you are travelling early in the morning to Southern Cebu Trip.

I love staying in this hotel because of the warm reception from the inn's staff. It is accessible to major destinations in the city. The check in and check out is flexible so it is very convenient to those arriving early and leaving late. I will recommend this inn to budget travelers.

I stayed at the palazzo pensionne with my boyfriend for one night while in Cebu. I didn’t think the location was the greatest, but if you’re willing to walk for about 15 minutes to get anywhere it will suit you fine. The staff was very hospitable, and the room was good. We were upgraded to a room in the new building. It was on the 3rd floor and in a quiet section. The room was very clean, but smelled a bit strongly of cleaning products. The power was only on if the door key was in the holder on the wall, so if you left the room your air conditioner would turn off. It did have its own bathroom and the shower had hot water which was nice. We did get a complimentary breakfast but only ended up eating about half of it as it wasn’t very good. It came with eggs, 3 pieces of dry toast, and 3 sausages that looked like fake meat and were clearly very very processed. I would stay again if I needed to, but maybe explore another option first. …
