Situated near the pier and the SM mall is probably the Pavilion's strongest suit. Our 2 rooms were passably clean, but the TV and door locks definitely need an upgrade. Staff are helpful but lacking in number - the security guard had to double as a bellboy to bring our luggage up to our rooms. Parking is ample, free breakfast...

Negros Occidental is my home, but I am residing already here in Laguna and that every time my family have a vacation in Bacolod we used to stayed here. So far the room is comfy place to sleep and its clean, only that just this month (September) me and my hubby spend an overnight in the hotel and the next...

I stayed here at a friends recommendation. I woukd not stay again. If you choose to stay here be sure to book in the main hotel not near the pool. The only place for wifi is in the lobby BUT if there are functions going on the lobby is packed with people from the function, leaving no room for the...

We stayed in room 7 located near the pool area and after we got out of our bus, I feel something eerie and strange on the said place. The room is big but I can't easily breath. I felt that our room is full of people but we're only 9 individuals inside. The bathroom is spacious but I felt something...

A decent place for an overnight stay, especially if you're planning on going around Bacolod and not just staying in the hotel. The place is recently renovated, as the rooms and bathrooms appear new. My room was a double-bed version, with decent (but slightly stiff) mattresses. Clean and spacious bathrooms. For peace of mind, bring valuables with you as the...

If you are the adventurous type, I suggest you get their standard room (ROOM#17) which costs just P1000. You get a big room with a queen sized bed. The room is old but clean. you get to have also a balcony for outdoor smoking. BUT, prepare yourself for an eerie experience. I stayed here for 4 consecutive weekends and always...

The hotel looks old, and the rooms look very average. The food served for breakfast doesn't look good. I could recommend this hotel for people on a tight budget, the hotel is near the pier and SM City Bacolod.

First time visit, would not recommend. place is sort of clean, out dated to open room doors had a lock and key. Room I stayed in had spider webbs hanging above my head, bathroom does it's job but not comfortable. Price is affordable and central to everything . Found it difficult and. Long wait for a taxi, I waited 20-30mins...

10-May-2014 If you like a peace and quiet place this is the place for you. It is located near (5 min walk) the shopping mall "SM City Bacolod". A small poll with 3 to 6 ft deep with live band at night is located across the building. The room is similar to standard 3 star hotel but priced a little...

Only stayed at this hotel to attend a wedding. The hotel is very basic which is fine for a couple of nights but it was NOT CLEAN and the grounds, buildings, rooms and furniture are not maintained or cared for. My room had cracks on the walls. Worn out furniture. The aircon and side lamps were covered in dust and...
