Though we were given rooms on the same floor as we areived withthe party of 8, rooms are not equal though we paid the same price, strange. They will not make up your room and it is untidy. Anyway, breakfast is not good especially if you will stay longer. Location is good thats it!

Location is ok; hotel is ok; breakfast is ok; room is ok; service is ok. Arrived here the day after the typhoon...OMG, I had a booking for one night only...I had thought it was easy to stay 3 more nights without any booking. Nope. Hotel was fully booked. They immediately started to book my friend and me in another hotel!...

I stayed here for just one night. Good thing they have an available room and that their walk-in price is even cheaper than the ones online. The corridors and lobby smell like cigs, but as far as i know, smoking is not allowed inside the hotel. You pretty much get what you're paid for. And please don't expect something fancy...

In my opinion, the location of the hotel is not that good, An average hotel for average budget. But to tell you honestly, foods are great, delicious! staffs are friendly and very quick in giving service (food, room services). Comfort rooms are clean, rooms are clean (take note: rooms are smoking free), aircon are very cold it s very comfortable.

The rooms are musty smelling with mold visible on bathroom walls and cockroaches scampering along the floor. The complimentary breakfast is just okay. I tried to get another room but, I was told that I would have to pay extra for the same type of room. It had free wi-fi service but, the signal was weak. I felt like I...

We stayed for two weeks in the downtown location and found the room (Deluxe Twin) just right for the two of us. The room service was excellent, friendly and happily adapting to our needs. The front desk soon were greeting us by name and always asking how they could serve us. The two restaurants had a fine variety of meals....

I spent four days in this hotel. The only thing I've got to say is, they don't ever clean your room. Housekeeping seems to be sitting around every floor, but they don't have scheduled visits to your room and offer housekeeping. I had to ask for clean towels, new tissue rolls, and have them clean the garbage. It would be...

The hotel is located at the center of the city. It is walking distance to shopping centers (SM, etc) and local restaurants (Ted's, Deco's, etc). The room is clean, with toiletries, and generally okay. If you're staying here, try their Chinese dishes :-) love every dish I ordered!
