I've always wanted to stay at the Inns of Aurora, but had just never gotten the opportunity. Managed to snag a last minute reservation for New Year's Eve (fabulous!) at their newest property, Wallcourt Hall, and it was very reasonably priced. Even though I have not stayed at their other properties, I've visited them, and seen the décor. The other...

We had an amazing stay at the Aurora Inn the night of our elopement. Reginald was at the front desk when we arrived & was incredibly warm & welcoming. When we mentioned we were heading to Ithaca for dinner, he had some great restaurant recommendations. Casey went above and beyond to check and see if we might be able to...

The thing that I liked most about this inn is that it maintains its centuries-old charm and decor while providing an infrastructure that feels solid and up to date: The chairs and bed are comfortable, windows don't leak, the bathroom is modern with all the conveniences, etc. We stayed for our anniversary and had a great time. Views of the...

The restaurant is absolutely terrific. The rooms are simple and a bit outdated. Friendly and cozy but not one of the better places I have stayed recently. Beautiful lake views however and would probably be nicer in summer.

The Aurora Inn is one of our favorite getaway spots among many options. We've always stayed in the Main house because we love the lakeside rooms with king beds, and for having the restaurant right downstairs ( no walking outside in cold weather or driving involved). The historic inn is impeccably kept, and the staff is universally wonderful and helpful....

The Inns of Aurora consist of three renovated, restored, and re-purposed mansions, plus the !833 Aurora Inn itself, in this small but beautiful village on the east shore of Cayuga Lake. After looking at the website photographs and checking the individual room rates, we chose to stay at the Inn, partly for its excellent dining room. Our three-day excursion at...

Such a peaceful and relaxing place! Coming from Queens, NY the drive up was beautiful (well worth the 4 hour drive). It was such a great change of pace and to see the landscape change as well as the attitude of the people become more and more warm was such a mood changer. To be quite honest, being a couple...

We recently stayed at Aurora Inn and it was exceptional. There were six couples and we all knew we were in some place special, from the beautiful decks with rockers overlooking the lake to our spacious rooms and baths, not a single detail was overlooked. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, including dining room staff. Josh was our waiter for...

The different Inn buildings have been renovated and are done beautifully. Top notch!!! However, the people that run the place are not welcoming. Not rude, but not inviting either. Never had training in customer service certainly. Beds are comfy. Some nit picks. Centipede in bathroom. No ESPN for husband or FOX for me. Phone reception is horrible, but apparently that's...

Absolutely gorgeous! The Aurora Inn is the place to stay to sit back, relax, and reconnect with family and friends. We stayed there to celebrate a family birthday. My husband and I had a spacious room overlooking the lake and the view was so serene. Our room was impeccable and the bed was comfy. Each morning, coffee, muffins and the...
