Bang in the middle of town and walking access to almost everything - Red Square, Kremlin, etc etc make this hotel extremely enviable. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly especially in the many instances when language can be a major barrier...More
Hotel National really does tick all the boxes, in superlative style. Centrally situated, right opposite the Kremlin walls and just 5 minutes' walk from Red Square, it is a stunning and sumptuously furnished Art Nouveau building, with a panoramic view of the Kremlin from the...More

Thank you very much for taking your time and sharing a feedback of your visit to National Hotel. It is extremely pleasant to know that you felt perfect during your stay with us and it was one of the best hotel experiences in...More
We stayed in a kind of de luxe room (almost last floor with balcony)
the room is very nice and cosy ... reflecting the old days of russian empire
the service is good
bathrooms and spa should be seriously renovated as they are outdated.
Reviewing my stay back in Dec17. Wonderful location - walking distance to major sites and classic restaurants. Concierge is very knowledgeable and helpful in helping our trip planning covering multi-days, including some recommendations for off the beaten path locations. Amazing view from the room, good...More
I spent here 4 marvelous nights in the beginning of very cold and snowy February 2018. It was the most snowy winter in Moscow during last 100 years, with thousands of tones of snow-hills on the streets. The hotel is perfectly situated just few minutes...More
Tverskaya can’t be discovered with just a first glance, the neighborhood is shaped around a long street populated with well-known shops and brands. But it’s more than shopping that makes this place interesting. Take a few steps into the streets running parallel to the main artery to discover the charm just behind the mighty Stalinist style architecture. Comfy European pedestrian streets Bolshaya Dmitrovka or
Stoleshnikov lane are a great place to start. Locals can be found here working, eating, shopping, resting and going to the Bolshoi Theatre in the evening.

I didn’t see any babies around but the rooms are big and have lots of space. The setting of the hotel is the best in Moscow, but very difficult to cross the streets as you have to go underground each time
