we stayed here for 5 nights recently and it was very good....by Russian standards....so close to everything ,Bolshoi, red square,GUM,etc,,,,,it's perfect to go anywhere and a metro stop just 5 minutes away....very helpful staff gives it a more intimate feel
It was my second visit to Moscow and this time I did decide for 'something local' instead of a place belonging to a big chain. It was worthy. What a charming place and location! Great rooms, very clean, helpful staff, local hospitality. Breakfast was full...More
Great central location close to Bolshoi Theater and famuos Red Square. The night club under hotel may be disturbing duebto high volume at night.Room was clean and tidy however a bit small.Breakfast is moderate which prepared per guest by house keepers.

Tverskaya can’t be discovered with just a first glance, the neighborhood is shaped around a long street populated with well-known shops and brands. But it’s more than shopping that makes this place interesting. Take a few steps into the streets running parallel to the main artery to discover the charm just behind the mighty Stalinist style architecture. Comfy European pedestrian streets Bolshaya Dmitrovka or
Stoleshnikov lane are a great place to start. Locals can be found here working, eating, shopping, resting and going to the Bolshoi Theatre in the evening.
