Convenient location - travelling with family so we got a dorm. Washing / kitchen facilities all available. Staff were very helpful and went the extra mile - thanks to Cyril for all help with printing and recommendations in Moscow. Friendly and safe.

Place is well designed, but things seem to break just from looking at it oddly, i wish it would have modern furniture, beds etc, and more bathroom and shower rooms. Location is perfect, you find yourself in the heart of Moscow. Staff is very nice...More
Best hostel I've stayed in Russia! I stayed here in June-July for more than a week and it was really great. The prices are average hostel prices for Moscow but the staff are the reason why I stayed for longer, the receptionists Masho and Yulia...More

When you need to hide from the city’s noise and traffic but don’t want to stroll too far, Patriarch Ponds is the place to be. Calm water, friendly swans and ducks with beautiful early 20th century architecture in the background make this neighborhood a place you’ll never want to leave. Besides stylish bars and restaurants scattered in the streets around the pond, you’ll be able to enjoy museum life from
modern art to a former private apartment of Mikhail Bulgakov. As most of the businesses are open late, stop for a cocktail and then stroll by the pond to rent a boat and row yourself to the middle of the “bowl” as the locals call it.
