Our stay at the Aerostar was for a team function. Hotel is clean - rooms are old and need to be updated but they are clean. Bar is open 24/7 and room service runs late so that is helpful if you have a tight schedule...More
If there is a wedding being held here - avoid the Hotel at all costs...the noise is outrageous.
All soft furnishings here need replacement, urgently.
Staff are quite good but restricted with having to work within an ageing and ailing Hotel.
1-A very bad treatment.
2-No Customer satisfaction.
3-The same bad food every day without any change.
4-Not a secure place, any guest could make replacement of lost key without any checking about the guest identity or name or passport number or nationality!!!!!!
