We arrived very early in the morning, but were still able to check in and use our room. The staff were very helpful, og spoke better english than what's common in Russia. The price is low (at least in February), and the rooms are nice and clean, if not more than that. Breakfast was included, ordinary stuff, wouldn't complain.

Dear guest, thank you for sharing your opinion of staying in our hotel. Our administrator grined broadly when read your mention about her English. Of cause, we need to advance level of language knowledge of our staff. Periodically we organize english courses for them. We would like to say thank you again for your review.

We stayed in hotel for 1 day. At night, when we was sleep, Thief stole our cash in our room. Next morning, we find that our bags were moved other sites in front of door. We think strange. So I confirm my bag and find that my money was disappear. And my friend's money too. It is very dangerous situation....

Very well located, with the train station and much of central Vladivostok within walking distance. As such, the price is absolutely excellent. The hotel staff respond quickly and helpfully to email enquiries. Although the reception staff are professional, unfortunately the security guards we encountered ranged from rude to unhelpful. This included being screamed at (rather than simply explained to) that...

Dear guest, Thank you for your review. We are glad that you gave high mark to our stuff. Unfortunately our guards don’t speak English. And it is better to address to receptionists with all questions and needs. Hope one day you will back to Vladivostok.

Excellent location, really helpful and friendly staff. Easy, easy walk from Vladivostok Train Station and the city centre but on a quiet street. My room was 'compact' but perfect for what I needed and had it's own bathroom. Quirky and offbeat foyer - why not! But again, great location and the staff were super-friendly and helpful.

We were happy to receive our money back after the first night of four nights booked. Room was less than tiny, bedding wasn't made up, when made the sheets didn't fit the bed, mattress consisted of two mattresses layered one a top of the other on steel frame, walls paper thin, bathroom so small that the door couldn't be closed...

Dear guest, We are sorry that you didn’t like staying in our hotel. Room which you chose was economy category. If you asked administrators to show you another rooms we would offer you rooms standart class for example. It costs a little more – 2800 rub./night. There are two comfortable full size beds and another type linen. Room area is...

Our stay here was very unpleasant. We made a prepaid booking on the hotel's website, but the reception staff tried to insist that we pay again in cash. They were completely unaware that their own hotel's website accepts online prepaid bookings. After 20 minutes of arguing (they pretty much accused my Russian-speaking girlfriend of being a prostitute) they finally called...

Some of the other reviews here seem a little harsh, or maybe things have changed for the better recently! We stayed for a week in October in a double room on the first floor. While the decor of the room was basic, it was clean and presentable enough. The staff were attentive and helpful, arranging visa registration without prompting. Overall...

I have stayed in many different hotels and dormitories. And this hotel is the worst one. There are a lot of Chinese people staying there (I think around 70% of all residents) and looks like they do not have any Idea about the rules for residents. I stayed for two nights there on the 6th floor. First night I slept...

Hotel Moryak is a cheap hotel compared to other hotels in the city centre. Location is good, just a couple of minutes walk from the train station and from the main street (Svetlanskaya). The rooms are basic, old and some do actually have wi-fi. The hotel is used by Chinese tourists who are loud and can be annoying sometimes. The...
