The location of the hotel was strategic. It was near a metro station, near a 24 supermarket , and accessible to the main street st St Petersburg however , the people at the reception were not that helpful. Sometimes they were sarcastic and if you are not wise enough, they do not give you your moneys worth like giving you...

Stayed there with a large group. The rooms are pretty basic. Had to change a room as the single beds could not be joined. Room does not have tea arrangement. Restaurant runs out of food items very fast and replenishment is pretty slow. Seating arrangements are also less. If you are staying plan to have breakfast at 730 or 8....

We have stayed at this hotel for 4nights. In the first night, the ventilation worked for the entire night and it was very cold in the room. We decided to change the room in the morning and we got a similar one, also with the ventilation which was not working properly. We asked to change again the room or get...

This hotel's web page and the brochure suggest that this is a luxurious hotel. Whilst the location is good and some of the staff are efficient and friendly, in no way can it be considered a four star hotel. The rooms are modest and are clean, but the wifi in the rooms is intermittent, although the advertise a mini bar,...

Great location at reasonable rates. Metro station incredibly close. Supermarket in the mall linked to the hotel (open 24 hours). Long corridors to get to the b/f room. Breakfast room nice, try the pancakes (when you get them). Salmon when available. Visit the market nearby. Business center open only 9am to 9pm. 2 limited amount internet codes available per room....

It has only 2 old and small elevators and we were accommodated at the last floor -7th. It was a really adventure to find the place where...

The service was great and situation was good. But. The breakfast was really poor, only pancakes and cheese were ok. Milk was spoiled (sour). After we left hotel after three nights, two members of our family noticed red crushing spots all over their bodies..so there had been bed bugs in their room.

We arrived with the understanding that we were to have a handicap room and were told that they don't have handicap accessible rooms in their hotel. We showed them the correspondence between our agent and their vendor. We did receive a check from the hotel since we didn't receive what we paid for and expected. The view from our room...
