I really like this concept. It’s like a courtyard but some innovative touch is like a resident suite. The galley kitchen looks great if I had to stay there a long time, but I really appreciated the barbecue in the small patio which could allow you to actually have a life. The container store closet was interesting as well. And the front desk did a great job. Plenty of parking. A step up from most accommodations in the area

The hotel itself wasn't horrible but angry staff yelling loudly when we were trying to leave. Staff member was upset because of racial comments made to them. So incredibly unprofessional and if they allow staff to be profiled racially it will happen with guests , will never go back. Glad we were only in the area for a short period of time. I have never felt that uncomfortable in a marriott.

The 2-room suites were perfect for me and my assistant and dining room table perfect to get room done. Front desk was friendly and professional, internet was fast and rooms were clean and efficient. Breakfast left much to be desired so we ate out in the morning. Conveniently located to supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping centers. Very good for the price, probably due to being offseason.

Stayed in Suite #302 for the evening of August 18, 2022. Check in was easy and quick. Lori at the front desk thanked us for being Titanium Members. We requested an upgrade but was informed that none were available. The Studio suite was spotless, and everything was in perfect working order. No stains, spots on any surface or furniture. It was however, one of the smallest studios we ever stayed in. The entire hotel was spotless from the elevators, and the lobby to the dining area. Breakfast was more than ample with numerous choices and fresh fruit. Great attention to detail and positive reaction to guests by the staff.

Some guests are treated with welcome, upgrades, and respect. But other are not. Not a friendly front desk. The night guy is not nice, the early morning lady is not good with customers. The housekeeping staff and Maintenace are nice and make all feel welcome. So many dogs running around that i felt like we were in a kettle. Not a good feeling when checking in and you do not feel welcome for some guest. Elite members use to get welcome bag. Not at this location. The televisions in the common areas are set on stations that are not common with most guest and are offensive. Will stay in Raleigh and drive down in the future for meetings. Customer service is lost here.

Had the occasion to stay here multiple times, while we were shopping for Real estate. Clean, oversized room, pet friendly, and a central location. Better than the other Hotels of this size. Within walking distance of a Starbucks, & various box stores.

The ABSOLUTE worst! After being placed in a room below unsupervised, screaming, running teenagers, and complaining to the desk staff, I was offered one of two rooms next to elevators - not the treatment I would expect as an Elite Marriott Bonvoy member but based on conversations from others at their front desk upon arrival, I was not the only complaint lodged that day for billing charges not authorized and unacceptable accommodations! Additionally I booked the room with points, rolled my luggage in and then right back out again after hearing all the noise above us, and unbeknownst to me the the manager, Amy Scott, cancelled my points reservation without my knowledge and 3 DAYS later charge my credit card $207.90 without any notification, consent or authorization from me. When I called and spoke with her she stated they were full (yet they had two rooms to offer me besides the one I had reserved), and she had no excuse or reasoning behind her arbitrary decision to change my reservation and charge my credit card without my consent or knowledge. I am contesting the charge with my bank, have filed a complaint with Marriott, and have contacted my attorney and I absolutely intend on pursuing legal recourse.

Loved our stay in quality room that felt new and cozy. Hotel staff were very courteous. Breakfast was appreciated as some hotels are still not offering much. Would stay again and use well-stocked kitchenette.

Comfortable clean room, towels and furnishings. Our only complaint was the cheap toiletries - no name brands and small sizes. Upon entering the room we both noted the clean smell and appearance without any heavy odors of deodorizers.
