I stayed at the Sandrose (Best Western) Al Khobar for nearly 30 days when I first arrived in Al Khobar in October 2015. My company was still preparing my new apartment, which wasn’t ready yet. I stayed in a very clean and comfortable room with breakfast included. The housekeeping was good. The food was average. I recall that the bread...

Stayed here for one night. The hotel is very old but it is well kept. The staff are nice and the rooms are huge. The furnishing is bit dated. The breakfast is not great but it is passable. Breakfast is at their top floor and the view their is amazing.

I stayed for a business trip and it was a pleasant stay, the room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the location was fantastic, close to Corniche Street, very near to restaurants and shopping malls.

Good location. Walk to Corniche. Coffee places nearby 1-2 KMs distance. Reasonably priced compared to other brand hotels in that area. Will probably stay there once again and check out their services.

Our family of 6 stayed here for 10 days for a Saudi Aramco retirees reunion. The amenities were very good. The rooms were spacious. The owner (Zaki) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Zaki held a reception for the reunion guests with delicious hors deurves and he allowed us to keep our rooms on the last day till...

I stayed here for 13 days during an Aramco Reunion and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful, accommodated our needs for early breakfast because of the reunion bus schedule and arranged numerous taxis. My room (King, single, nonsmoking) was well maintained and quite comfortable. There was a welcome letter from management, as well as both fruit and...

A very noisy newly built hotel in a good location. The price and what you would expect in service do not match. The staff are not very helpful. Breakfast is very poor, toilets always blocked, mini bar was empty and you have to requests for top ups. Will avoid in the future. Best Western is far from best. Get your...

I felt the hotel is a little old. It needs an overhaul. For me, breakfast is very important and this hotel had poor breakfast. The internet was okay and it was free. The restaurant is near the sea which is great but the weather is hot so I could not walk outside.

My husband, infant son, and I stayed at this hotel for three days. We booked the superior king room from their website directly. When we checked in with a lot of problems: 1. First room - was just standard room, not superior king (which is much bigger - and we needed that space because we had a crib and stroller)....

As my husband was there on business and I had to spend a lot of alone time in the hotel, it was very nice to have lots of space. The suites were large and very comfortable. The kitchen had a nice size fridge with a freezer, pots and pans, dishes and even a blender. The bed was very comfortable. The...
