Wasn't expecting a lot when I booked this hotel as it was fairly cheap compared to others in the area. Was pleasantly surprised, the hotel is just across the road to the mosque - you just have to cross 2 roads and the ladies entrance is there. Lots of shops nearby. The reception staff knew how to speak English and...

Im very happy with the service and location of the hotel. Very near to Masjid An Nabawi, just 2 small roads to cross, gate 25 & 26 which is the nearest ladies entrance to the mosque. Convenient for those on wheelchair, along all the roads theres many ramps. The hotel has a lot of elevators, it gets a bit busy...

I was looking for an affordable hotel close to Masjid Nabawi and the location seems good. It was a fullboard stay by the hotel which I didn't quite like as I prefer to buy my own food from the shops. Other than the buffet breakfast served in the restaurant, lunch and dinner (middle east cuisine) were served to the room....

Its an awesome hotel not too far from haram. We had some issue with room access for very first day other than it was a memorable experience. The parking was very accessible and you are not dependent on anyone. Breakfast has many options and we liked the food as well

I am currently staying in this hotel for 3nights. It looked good on the Internet with nice pictures but it's far from what is reality. We checked in with the most unfriendly receptionist, who thought dealing with two people at the same time is somehow acceptable, however seeing as there reception is a one man band he probably didn't have...

Nice hotel I stayed before their but they changed hotel name it was Radisson. They still have good staff with smile face usually. They offered me nice room also parking for my car. Room size is quite good for 3 of us. The breakfast was delicious. I preferred that hotel for its location.

By world standards, it probably is a 4 star hotel. The reception area is not spacious, and needs renovation. The rooms are quite comfortable, the bath room is pretty small. They provides complimentary breakfast with varieties of excellent quality items. The hotel is only about 5 minutes walk from Masjid An-Nabawi. Hotel employees were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed...
