A good hotel overall. Room was a little congested. Staff was good . Corridor of my floor was smelly. Safe deposit box in the room was faulty. Recommended for a good stay overall. It's quite busy hotel so expect a delay of services from the staff. Didn't check its restaurant so can't comment about the food available there.

Stayed there for 10 nights! the worst and longest days of my life! Went there for Umrah and was booked by our swindler agent else would have ran away 1st night itself. Lobby and whole hotel: Smelly, dirty and run down; Staff: EXTREMELY RUDE! Send them to training for God's sake! I would rather sack all of them though: They...

I went there in Ramadan and opted for this hotel due to its location as its just 4-5mins walk from Haram. Other than good location (as all other hotels were booked in Ramadan and Eid Days), it was very bad. Rooms were very small and smelly. Plus behavior of staff was so rude. They didn't even speak or understand English...

No toast for breakfast, no cereal, no variety and even the curry they have for breakfast, yes breakfast is great if you like a plate full of oil. I'm not sure how they have a 4 star rating. I can only assume these stars are purchased. I'm from the UK and this place wouldn't get even 1 star. Bedrooms stuffy...

To get on the lift was a task and felt like we had to only go at certain times, which affected my family who could not go up stairs. Toilets flooded whenever had a shower. Not clean. Staff at check out spoke about us to our faces thinking...
