I'm staying here during my Umrah in March 2017. The room was small & stay for 4 person. But the food was delicious! Very happy with the food but not the room. A bit far from Masjid Nabawi but so many shop around there and you have to compare the price because the price was different. Avoid from been cheated.

No housekeeping & it was hard to find the housekeeper. The location is quite near to Masjid Nabawi but not suitable for elderly. The lift was congested during meal time, arrival & departure. Overall the experience was okay to me since I was there for Umrah trip.

It was an Umrah trip. all arrangements were made by the agent. Rooms were spacious. It is less than 5 mins walk to the Mosque. Convenient but crowded, looks that the whole hotel has been booked by Andalusia for its Umrah group. Its ok with me since I am not on holiday.

Stayed there as part of umrah package from Andalusia travel & tours. Definitely not a hotel standard, more like a hostel.Greeted by dirty toilet when we arrived. We stayed in the triple room, barely space to move. Quite far from the mosque, not suitable for elderly. Non existence housekeeping and rude receptionist.Lift was a total nightmare.Wifi was only available in d...

Not much to say, as this hotel full of Andalusia group. Crowded and the group was relentlessly in out, either going to mosque or check out from the hotel. They have 6 elevators, but it was full occupied especially during peak hours (praying time and lunch time). The meal time is quite long, a lil bit before prayer time and...

I had a stay with all arrangement by the agent for 5 days here. The hotel is simple but the most important that it s near to Prophet's mosque by a walking distance. Easy to find foods nearby. You can buy a data package from the hotel between 50-80 riyal. There are plenty of shops selling dates, hijabs, jubahs and...

Bedside table lamp are of no use as there are no plug to plug on those lamp. Has blanket and towel only, no bathroom mat. My...

I came to this hotel in the month of Ramadhan. It was quite close to the prophet's mosque but you do have to memorize the map.The closest gate was gate 15. The bathrooms were relatively clean. I had no problems with the spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The suhur and iftar was okay. The view was fantastic, especially if you were...
