The Good: - The only good point is the location. The hotel is across the street from Gate number 5 of the Prophet's Masjid. However, The ladies prayer area is very far from this hotel. The Bad: - The only thing Ramada about this hotel is the sign on the building. There is nothing else Ramada about this hotel, so...

Service was good, Room was spacious. Location is great (1st row) only you have to cross the street to reach the mosque ,very close to ALBAQIEE and the old mosque and the prophet`s grave. There is a free parking which is very valuable in this area. Last day we moved to a room with a view on the mosque and...

The room was fine, clean...all very normal and what you would expect. Fridge and safe in the room. Wifi available in reception. I had buffet breakfast included which consisted of salad items, olives, range of cheeses, eggs, pastries, sausages etc, fresh bread, Tea and fruit juice. Sets you up nicely for the day ahead. The best feature of this hotel...

I am writing this review live from the worst Ramada Hotel in the world and probably the worst in Madinah also. It has been only 4 hours since I have checked in this hotel on 30th Dec 2016. Since the time we checked in the room, no drinking water in the rooms, no tissues in the bathroom. The pillow had...

People who complain are being unfair. I visit almost every year, sadly this year because they were fully booked i had to stay at a hotel nearby. The rooms are cleaned daily all services are provided. If you are nice and polite people are the same towards you. the bell boys were great. My card kept failing and i would...

The hotel is well located and minutes from the Haram. Service is poor and the front desk staff was slow during check in. Not recommended for women since too far from the ladies entrance. Rooms are basic and I would personally recommend a newer hotel.

This is the worst hotel ever! Yes its close to haram but far for women's gate. Thats still ok but don't expect service. I can't even say poor service cuz there was NO service! Workers are lazy ! Only Mr Nahin who is a bell boy i think was nice! Please save yourself some money and go stay somewhere else!...

Really exceptional service, they ensure to make you feel pampered. very close to Prophet mosque. The check in was very soft and easy, the food is very acceptable, the Housekeeping service is a very high standard.

This hotel is situated on the qibla side of the haram. It is easy for the men to get to the haram but for the women they have to walk all the way to the back of the haram (women's entrance). I stayed here for my hajj and Allhamdullilah I don't have anything to complain about but rather be grateful...

Not the standard i expected from Ramada. It was only just average. Rooms weren't even ready so gave some different room. The staff weren't the brightest around either. The location is right next to the mosque...though after being there i would of preferred the opposite side as that's where all the good shops etc are. Overall...average hotel....just about!!
