Stayed here for business - very annoying that the internet was so slow it was not usable. The tech support tried (unsuccessfully) to fix my issue by I talked to another person staying there and they said the same thing - too slow to be usable (I basically could not log on to my VPN). Otherwise, a nice hotel (though...

I stayed few days begin december in this Hotel. Very nice hotel, with nice new rooms, including all the comfort for a business traveller. Breakfast very good. Only watch out if you sign in into the business lounge package of 300 rmb/day. breakfast included... this breakfast is NOT in the main reasturant but in a small bar with limited choice...

The level of staff service and experience was excellent during my 4 day stay. The hotel is centrally located on the spectacular raised walkway of waterways and trees stretching to the Pearl River with view of the amazing TV tower across the river from some rooms. Nearby are shopping areas accessed by automated moving pavements all set in a breathtaking...

We only stayed two nights at this hotel, but it was worth the experience. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to the Chairman's Suite! Biggest hotel room I have ever seen. The hotel is located in the business district, overlooking a huge park complex. At the time of our stay, the large underground shopping mall was not finished. Numerous...

Compared with its neighboring Hyatt properties in Dongguan and Shenzhen, this Hyatt somehow failed to impress. Although not an old property, strangely my bedroom (a Grand Suite)felt dated and lacking in ‘quality’ – lots of kitchen worktop like units with cupboards, and a ‘useless’ square tub as the bath. A dining table acted as the desk where lighting was not...

Everything looked new! Arrived on a public holiday in Guang Zhou and found there to be no traffic around the area hotel is located. This is a business area and so it is quiet, try quiet around here. Cannot complain about the rooms as they are modern, very well appointed and if you are a business traveller it is perfect...

Stayed at the Grand Hyatt Guangzhou last week. Rooms are large and take a little getting used to as they are certainly not the usual box layout. There were some things with the layout I did and didn’t like but these are personal preferences (I really didn’t like the central sink unit in the bathroom). Lobby was warm, carpeted throughout...

I really like the Hyatt hotel brands but this one was a disappointment. Room layouts should be pretty simple but here someone went over the top with trying to be clever. The sink in my room was on an 'island' in the middle of the entrance area. Location of light switches caused me endless confusion and is really daft. Excessive...

An international 5* with very large rooms - I could get lost in mine (room 1107) with the large bathroom in 3 parts! ****Important advice - book a park-facing room! There is major construction on the lot next door to the hotel, just started, and it runs 24 hours. You can sleep through it but I learnt on checkout that...
