The lobby is elegant but oldish with low ceiling. I’m an Ambassador Elite but denied a suite upgrade and the excuse was “renovations”. The next day my staff reminded the hotel we booked a 100-200 person event later in the week and i got the suite upgrade The rooms are also oldish but ok Breakfast at Foods was good , though the noodle station was not up to expectations Ate at the michelin chinese restaurant and wrote a seperate review Gym is quite large and the outdoor pool is good Location is good next to K11 mall, the library and the museum Service throughout the hotel is very good, apart from the front desk
cozy decorations services ,makes me feel nostalgia . I would like to visit again.Locations are good, and I am fond of the interior part. I like the lights and washroom. And enjoy the privacy which I need highlgiht.
I had a short stopover in Guangzhou, stayed at The Ritz Carlton. Of course as a Ritz, the room, the service is for sure top notch. But what I’am most impressed about is the breakfast in the hotel. I’d order omelet wherever I stay, and this omelet is THE BEST I had in years! It’s so well cooked to keep the fluffy and tender texture, with the cheese and fillings inside, it’s a mouthful of satisfaction:). Other items are also of good quality, be it cold cuts or the cooked dishes and noodles. I would definitely recommend The Ritz to anyone who wants to visit Guangzhou!

During this business trip, I have stayed in Ritz-Carlton Guangzhou for over 2 months. The room have been clean, very comfortable and the staffs were amazing. Especially, the Hotel Manager Eileen helped me a lot about booking and also changing of my booking since I had to change my plans of stay plenty of times because of sudden business trip plans to other cities around. Also, the view from the room is directly open to Guangzhou Tower and this view made me feel relaxed everyday when I came back from work. I absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guangzhou.

The front desk is friendly and helped to address my concerns fast and effectively. In addition, the breakfast is good there. Many options and delicious food. The croissant is crispy and fragrant. Overall, it’s an amazing trip and will back again definitely.
My company recently hosted a two-day event at the Guangzhou Ritz-Carlton. Our experience was outstanding all the way! The hotel team was very attentive to my team’s needs throughout the day and the night. We hosted our Gala Dinner in the newly renovated ballroom; what a beautiful modern space in TianHe. Banquet food was delicious and service very premium. I particularly enjoyed our relaxing time at the executive lounge in between meetings; the team up there was amazing. I highly recommend this property for your next stays and events; the location particularly is ideal at the heart of the TianHe District. Thank You to General Manager Dale, to Winnie and their team!
From the enthusiastic welcome upon check-in to the upgrade to Executive lounge and revier view, the attention to detail and extra touches all around have been a delight. Thanks to the GM, Dale and his hotel manager Lili making this a fantastic first stay. The hotel spa is convenient and the service of a very high standard from the changing rooms and pre spa pool facilities to the room and the massage itself (90 min Balinese style with hot stones an extra treat). A perfect way to de-stress and relax before heading home. Will definitely come back again for future trips to Guangzhou. More motivation now to make Platinum Elite in future! A while ago, with the strong typhoon I still came to Guangzhou to experience the Ritz Carlton. First of all, I would like to thank you for whole front desk team which make me have an excellent first-time stay. One day before I arrived, I received the phone call from their guest relation team Amber&Cindy&Remy. Their patient pre-call made me much more look forward to this staying. When I arrived at the late night, there’s still bellman on duty at the front gate and escort me to the reception. Even though there’s queue at the front desk Jude open one more counter to assist me smoothly check-in. On the way to my room, I was attracted by the decoration style of this RC which is really exquisite. The important thing absolutely is the room arrangement. I know in the RC they try to wow guest and I can say they successfully wow me, especially the spacious suite and well-prepared welcome amenities. That night I am truly enjoy and have a comfortable sleep. Next morning when Stark know I want to try the local breakfast restaurant he kindly recommend some for me. Unfortunately, my flight was delay from noon till night and the most touching moment was that Damon offer me the late check out then I could have a enough rest in the room. I am the fans of Ritz Carlton and each time was surprised by them. About this time even better than before and it is memorable indeed. I would recommend to my friend and family if they come to Guangzhou.…
