This was a beautiful hotel that offered me a very comfortable and attractive room during my brief stay. I especially enjoyed the option of a stall shower and tub in the bathroom. The buffet breakfasts were especially nice.

This was an excellent hotel. From the moment you arrive you are encaptured by its splendour. The huge atrium, cooled by the marble, and a very fast and efficient check in. Plenty of elevators to take you up to your rooms which are spacious, very well equipped and exceedingly comfortable. The bathrooms have all you need, even if you've forgotten...

Out of and well away from the City centre, but none the less a good hotel. Like many Chinese hotels the lobby has had plenty of money spent on it. The room we had was clean and all facilities worked including free WiFi. Breakfasts were good with a variety of chinese and Western styules of food available. Although non smoking...

Good hotel. The room was clean and large. The beds hard (like all hotels beds in China) but comfortable. Breakfast O.K. Chinese and western food, but not very tasty. English knowledge is the big problem for staff. Location is out of city like all Wendy Wu hotels. Some free time but nothing to do.

I stayed here for 2 weeks on business, the hotel is clean and modern, but is not up to international hotels standards, with most staff having very limited grasp of English if any at all.. and the hotel is more oriented towards the local with very poor english translations on most hotel paperwork, for me ordering room service was a...

Stayed at this hotel for business trip recently. It is a very ordinary and dated Chinese Hotel. Beds are very firm to the point of being hard to sleep on. The gym equipment was very old and dated and either simply did not work at all or it had faults. The rooms are a good size, but bathroom ,while well...

Recently stayed for two nights on a Wendy Wu tour. Probably the best of the 4 hotels we stayed at whilst on the tour. A bit out of the City so not an ideal location if you are independently travelling. Xian is a surprisingly big city and I am sure that there are better located hotels for seeing the old...

It's great that it's in Xi'an and the breakfast is truly excellent; overall a very comfortable hotel. On a Wendy Wu tour which has been superb in every way - except this hotel; comfortable rooms too but the bar!! After a full day sightseeing the thought of getting back for a nice slow drink kept us going; but that proved...

The 'Western Restaurant' was more or less a Chinese buffet with hot-pot which suited me fine. Room was comfortable enough, although the bed could have been softer and the smoke smell could have been fainter. The staff at the hotel were generally very helpful and if they were in a management position, they seemed to care. However, for me (as...

This was the second stop on a Wendy Wu Tour and what a lovely hotel it was. The room was clean and very large, the bed slightly hard but comfortable none the less. we stayed here for two nights and enjoyed the buffet style breakfast with lots to choose from. The bathroom was great and spotlessly clean with loads of...
