Was pleasantly upgraded to deluxe room upon checking in. Room was on the 14th floor and even though it was near the lift, it was quiet. No disturbance at all. Room was spacious with a bath area consisting of a separate bath tub, WC and shower . Room has a sofa set, writing table, pantry for tea/coffee, wardrobe and a double bed. Room was clean and as I stayed for 6 days, it was immaculately done when I returned in the evening . The view from my room was overlooking the Qiantang River, simply beautiful. Understood from my friend who's a resident in Hangzhou that sakura blossom 🌸 can be view during spring. I had the opportunity to walk along the river and observed the yellowing of the Gingko leaves. Front desk was helpful and answered my queries well. Front door staff never hesitate to greet us and graciously open the doors regardless whether it's Didi or my associate's chauffered car. Overall a wonderful experience.

We arrived with relatives around noon. Our rooms were only minutes from being ready. They offered all of us waiting at their club lounge (even our relatives were not eligible for the lounge access, they were offered this one time courtesy). People at the lounge soon gave us the keys - It is nice to get guest service, including checking out and adding/modifying reservations, at some club lounges at some hotels in China.
The breakfast at the club lounge was comparable to that at the restaurant. Eligible elite members may choose to have their breakfast at either place.
Both our rooms are spacious (even with American standar) with river review. They were apparently upgraded due to my Bonvoy status. Appreciated.

Hotel is nice and modern. It’s conveniently located along the river, adjacent to a beautiful waterfront with parks and restaurants. Rooms are nice with great views of the river. We stayed on Club Floor. The Club lounge is nice.

Sheraton has kept the superior standard very well, especially this one. This Sheraton offers large grand lobby to welcome you. Staff are friendly and professional. The best part is nice comfortable bed in well-designed luxury room. I honestly want to stay in bed all day. I like to half circular couch in the room. It is subtle but made difference. There are surely other great facilites, but I hardly use due to not enough time to enjoy during my business trip. Buffetfast offers variety of Chinese and western cousine. Of course all are delish. Next occasion in Hangzhou, I will certainly come back to this one.

Although I was only one night at this hotel on business, and had no time to see the sights, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is a luxury hotel of the first class. The room was quiet, clean, and spacious. We had a group buffet, which was excellent, serving both delicious western and Chinese food. My only quibble with the hotel was the poor quality of the wifi. This could definitely be improved.

We accidentally booked this hotel because we tried to avoid the main crowd on the west lake side. Found out that they recently pass the 2nd anniversary which represents its relatively new in the Binjiang area (full of tech companies).
Like almost all "5 stars hotels" in China, the junior staff can only speak basic English and lack of customer service. It was not exactly a pleasant stay but we do appreciate the effort that the night manager did try all his best to provide solutions and the daytime duty manager Elaine personally came talk to us and did all she could to satisfy our needs.

stay at this beautiful hotel for 3 nights and loved their service, food and "always there" attitude to ensure their guests enjoy the stay with them.
Hotel is conveniently located on Jiang Hong Road and most of businesses and tourist places are in nearby vicinity.

We had a tough time getting the taxi driver to find this place (there is another Sheraton nearby with a different name I believe) . Once found, this hotel was impressive. The room was very clean and fancy, and quite large. I also thought the view of the surrounding area was quite nice - great landscaping and some interesting sculptures and statues.

During my recent trip to China, I stayed at this hotel. The hotel is nice and close to lake and one can choose to walk in the evening to reach the lake (10-15 minutes walk). Room was nice and spacious. Overall, my stay was pleasant and I will recommend this place.

Stayed here for 4 nights in December and we were more than happy with the service and amenities. PROS include: - got us a king-sized bed with a spacious room and bathroom - 5 star amenities - shower pressure was excellent - bed and sheets were comfortable and clean respectively - front desk and concierge personnel spoke little English but we were able to communicate with them on tourist spots’ recommendation, directions and helping us to get transport to town - there’s a small convenient store nearby around 600m from hotel - definitely a business hotel with loads of quiet spots to discuss business and a small indoor pool -buffet breakfast had a good spread from western to asian food; even local dishes that may look unappetising at times, just because I’m not adventurous with food. CONS: - since it was winter when we visited, they shut the central AC and turned on the heater. Our room was mostly stuffy and warm most of the time even though we open the windows. But then, I do like my room cool all the time even in the midst of winter. - limited restaurants nearby; you would need to drive or get a ride to restaurants Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend others to stay too... it will meet your 5-star requirements
