Very well located 20 m away from the lake, walking distance to the downtown along the lake, lovely decoration mixing wood, warm colors, green plants and flowers all year round, the ground floor restaurant and the roof terace offer peacefull and friendly atmospheres. Young helpful staff coached by a "World Citizen" couple of owners will serve a good mix of... More

Accidentally found d hotel during visiting West Lake. Check in the next day for 2 night stay. Room is small but overall ok for me. Hotel located walking distance to West Lake, with a quaint decoration interior. Especially on d rooftop cafe with lot of flora surrounding. Lack of staffs n service is not satisfied. Breakfast not included during my... More

I stayed in the girl dorm at the terrace which costs RMB80 per night, a bit expensive compared to other youth hostels in China. But I am a bit disappointed with the facilities and service of this hostel. There is no WIFI inside the room; no bathroom at the terrace and thus we have to use the bathroom at the... More

Stayed here for two nights. It was expensive for a youth hostel (£40 equivalent for a twin room), but the location was great and the room was comfortable and clean. However, the shower leaked and the bathroom got very wet. The rooftop terrace was nice to sit in for drinks in the evening. I liked it,but I am not sure... More

The dorm room was absolutely disgusting. Mold all over the walls. Smelled like mold. The beds were moldy. Probably risking your health if you stay here any longer than one night. Their excuse that the lake causes this is not valid otherwise every hotel or building near a lake would be this disgusting, which they are not. They're just too... More

The common area/ coffee shop is nice (although not quite as nice as on their pictures) and the shared bathrooms are okay, but the dorm we are staying in is awful. It is tiny, the walls are stained with mold and squished bugs and the room smells overwhelmingly musty/mouldy. The sheets seem okay but they barely cover the mattress. I... More

We stayed here for two nights during August and were generally very impressed with the hostel. The location is excellent, a very short walk to the shore of the lake and a range of restaurants and bars. Our room was a double with a balcony, small but perfectly formed. The cost was the same as similar hotels, maybe the dorms... More

As I arrived I was really impressed on how pretty and cute the lobby looked. Fresh flowers and plants, beautiful decor and attention to detail. Front desk was very helpful and I was extremely happy when I saw that I had a little balcony with a partial view of the lake. Just a few meters from it! Location, location and... More
