We had a pleasant stay here. The location is very convenient, the room is very spacious. I’d recommend to book the residential type, the room is very spacious with a large kitchen. Onsen hotel and about 10-20 mins walking distance to Odori or Sapporo Stations. Great hot location where you can get the famous ramen even in the midnight and 3 mins walk to the famous walking street in Sapporo. recommended!

Our first time to Sapporo was made even more memorable because of this outstanding hotel. Location, service, and facilities were all topnotch. Hotel staff members were very professional and accommodating. Odori Park, Susukino, Tanukikoji, and Mitsukoshi were all just a short stroll away. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning and dined at quaint restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, near shopping district, many 24 hours restaurants and convenient store nearby, donki shop is very close by. room is clean and spacious, staff are friendly and helpful, highly recommend!!!

My husband and I stayed here for one night this week. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was for the price. Elegant, clean and in a great walking location. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Would stay again.

Stayed here for three nights during the snow festival at a rate of more than 25000 Yen per night for a "moderate double room". The hotel is just like any other Japanese chain hotel, nothing special. But the bed is one of the worst ones I've slept in in Japan, a cheap quality spring mattress. Pillows are also very peculiar. When the aircon is turned off, the room gets stuffy quickly, there seems to be no further air circulation. The location of the hotel is fine, but I am certainly going for another place when visiting Sapporo next time.

Whilst the hotel does have a clean and modern feel, it is a basic hotel. However, having said that, I stayed here for five nights and did not experience any problems. The room is spacious with a small bathroom. The breakfast is where I felt let down, not much choice and what they did have on offer did not really appeal to me. Location is its best selling point, 10mins walk to the station (1 stop on Namboku subway line) and also located next to all the main shopping sights in Sapporo. So long story short, clean hotel in great location, with nothing to exciting on offer for breakfast.

Our booking which was prepaid for 3 months in advance was cancelled on us with no legitimate excuse, no offer of upgrade. Luckily Agoda got involved and sorted it all out. Will actively avoid and discourage people from using this company. Still waiting on a reply to my email!!!! Money never refunded but Agoda were great in organising a replacement Hotel.

Was cheated on the review of Agoda. Stating that this is a 9/10 but clearly is fake. The room is small and cramp, toilet is Small till 可怜。 Bed is dirty. After lying down awhile, i start feeling itch all over the place. I flip up and to my horror i see so many hairs under the mattress protector and dirts.. This is 100% my honest review. Book if u want to try..

We based ourselves here for three nights while we explored Sapporo and its surrounds. For this simple purpose, the hotel delivered on all counts: a central location, a large-enough room and laundry facilities. To expand on that: the hotel is located within 5 min's walking distance from the artery of Sapporo, the Ōdori, and the nightlife centre, Susukino. We booked early and got the 32 sqm Premier Twin Room for a reasonable price; this had ample space for laying out our bags (you can ask for extra luggage racks from the front desk) and shopping. There's a laundry room on the second floor with two all-in-one machines, which see a lot of use, so you've have to plan properly. In our experience, aim for dinner time (around 7pm) and late at night (past 10 or 11pm).
