We stayed here for one night as part of our longer Hokkaido trip and like all the other Dormy Inns that I've stayed in, it was a lovely hotel with good rooms, service, and facilities. Dormy Inn haven't disappointed yet. The room is somewhat bigger than most Japanese hotel rooms and provided ample space for two people and their belongings....

Second night of a last minute biz trip. Booked on hotel.com. V last minute and joy a lot of choices. Room was of decent size. Neat and tidy. Clearly a relatively new hotel. A big plus. Since it was a biz trip, didn't really use any of the hotel facilities. Think they have a hot tube but not 100 pc...

Last minute booking, Dormy don't disappoint as always esp. in terms of what they offer. BUT Was there Nov 2-6. Check in was Quick & Efficient. BUT Coffee machine at lobby was broken for 3 days. DISAPPOINTED with cleanliness of room (SHOCKED & Surprise to experience this in Japan). Bed sheet was winkled like someone sat on it after it...

As the title says, Dormy Inn anywhere is the same great features, same great quality, same great service. I try to stay with them anywhere I go in Japan and every time, it's like coming home to family.

This hotel has excellent location that is close to all attractions. It's right next to the famous Tanukikoji Shopping Arcade, which is full of tax-free shops and restaurants. In fact, once you step outside the hotel, you are inside the shopping arcade. It's about an 18-minute walk from the Sapporo Station. The walk will you pass through the park and...

On biz trip and booked this hotel very last minute as everything was fully booked or extortionately expensive. Marathon coming up this weekend. The room looked small but neat, simple but clean on hotel.com. And this is what I got. Very centrally located, with tonnes of restaurants nearby. Onsen available but I didn't try it out. Free ramen between 930...

A great location to go sightseeing around Sapporo. Rooms are clean, the public bath is great, and the daily free ramen in the evening was great enough to relieve our hunger when we've had too large a lunch. Ramen was actually pretty great tasting (soy sauce -based soup), not amazing but good. Also, fresh coffee is provided most of the...

I have quite a lot of good experience staying in dormy inn hotels but this one is not a pleasant one. The location is okay, facilities are okay but not premium, breakfast is not as good as people mentioned. The biggest problem is that the staff do not speak English, they hardly understand questions from me or other hotel guests....

I stayed for two nights and overall was great experience. When i stepped into the hotel room, i was surprised coz it was too small. However, SMART design and it has everything you need. The breakfast like everyone said, it is REALLY good. Try to go earlier otherwise you have to queue up for a while to get a table....
