Room is clean and staff are friendly. the hotel is less than 5 min walk from JR sapporo station (North exit). Within hotel, there a restaurant while nearby has yakitori, Lawson (convinent store) ans Mos Burger
Great location near the train station. Clean, but room was probably the smallest room I have ever stayed in and I was there for 5 days. Yet I understand that there are cultural differences across the world hence though I would give this a 3, I think it would be unfair. The toilet seat was heated! But unfortunately it was unnecessary for me to use. I was limited by my stipend to spend for a room and would stay there again if I could get a bigger room.
It was a goodlocation, 3 minutes walk away from JR station. Receptionists were all friendly whom have answered clearly and patiently to my inquiries on directions. They had no problems with only English as well. Will recommend to friends and families.
Clean hotel that is 5-10minute walk to the main Sapporo train station. The small optional toiletries cabinet was a nice gesture for guests who needed more than the basic toiletries. Stayed here for 2 nights and found the breakfast good enough
The hotel is very close to JR station and easy walk to underground shopping center. The room is very small but clean. You can take some facial cleansers and moisturizers at front desk if you need. Since Sapporo weather makes your skin very dry, you definitely need moisturizer. :)
Location : 5/5 Service : 5/5 Friendliness : 5/5 Comfortable : 5/5 Cleanliness : 5/5 The hotel is very near to Sapporo Station. Front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. Can speak fluent English. They do provide amenities which is at the Lobby area such as facial cleanser, toner, facial cream, hair brush, razor and etc. Room and bathroom consider huge for Japan standard. The lighting in the room is just nice. Not too bright nor dim. Special thanks to Housekeeping staff for keeping our bedroom clean so that we can come back to a clean and comfortable room after a tiring day outside.
Stayed here for 3 nights for the Rugby World Cup in a twin room with a friend. The room was extremely small with barely any space to move, place luggage, etc. Location-wise, the hotel is very close to the JR Sapporo Station (as suggested by its name) and a short walk to Odori Park and other Sapporo attractions.
This place is a 2minute walk from the station. The staff are quite friendly and the rooms what you expect in Japan. The breakfast is fine, fairly basic, but you can piece together a good western breakfast, or a full Japanese fare. The location tops it all.
This is a great place to stay when visiting Sapporo. The location, within 2 blocks of JR Station, is outstanding. There are many places to eat around the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, and kept exceptionally clean. The staff response is exceptional in that they want to make sure the the guests have a great stay. The pricing seems to be in line with other similar hotels, but they have a guest laundry , and restaurants are on site. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Sapporo.
I had some apprehension about booking a triple room in Japan, knowing how small hotels rooms were. However, this triple room in Sapporo station proved me wrong! There was ample space for 3 adults to move, and even a couch which could have been converted into a quad room. The toilets were very new (not the pre-fabricated ones) and by far one of the largest toilets in a Japanese Chain hotel. Thumbs up, and will definitely book this place once again. hotel was directly opposite Sapporo station, and conveniently located the rental car stores too!
