Fantastic from check in to check out. Right outside of Airport bus stop. Onsen/ Spa at rooftop is, of course 2 thumbs up. Openable windows in the room which is something some Japanese hotels do not offer. So THAT was a G-D sent to get fresh air.

Really glad to choose this hotel since we re never been to sapporo. The Bus Stop from Chitose Airport area just in front of this hotel! No issue with the check in process, really quick and the staffs are friendly and helpful to bring our luggage to room (2 huge luggage) Room are quote spacious and directly facing odori park (722), bed are huge and comfy. we really love the onsen bathroom, since we arrived at night and quite cold outside (around 1 C) so the hot onsen bathroom are real deal! Location quite strategic, easy to reach minimarket just 2 minutes walking and near susukino area where we can find many restaurant and shopping center just 5 minutes walking. Looking forward to visit here again!

Visited the Sapporo Snow Festival for the first time and this was the IDEAL location! Not only right on Odori Park where so many of the exhibits and sculptures were, it provided a wonderful venue to sneak back in and warm up when it got too cold out. Additionally the onsen (although not huge) was wonderfully warm, clean, bright and a great place to come and warm up. The streets were cleared of ice, the staff impeccable and customer service some of the best! The location is ideal on subway, bus and train lines. Very easy to get around and the staff was simply marvelous. Very happy with my stay here!

We thought the room was small, but it was what we expected in Japan. Nevertheless, it was tight for us and our luggage. The location was great, as we were in town to see the Sapporo Ice Festival (right across the street). Very central location to shops and restaurants. I believe the room carpeting is wool, which would be good to prevent odors. The bed, pillows and comforter were quite nice. Warm (maybe too warm) comforter. The entry area where you are expected to remove your shoes is tight - we ended up taking our shoes off in the hallway! The step down into the bathroom is something to be aware of, and something you need to remember every time you go in/out! The thermostat controls are a challenge. Even with the English language instructions (tucked into the room info folder by the TV), which weren't entirely clear, it was difficult to set the temperature. ** HOTEL - please redo the instructions to clearly label which buttons are which. Alternatively, have the type of thermostat that just has symbols like fire for heat/snowflake for cool, fan, etc. Loved the fog-free section of mirror in the bathroom. Very nice touch. We used the onsen spa in the hotel. Quite nice. The breakfast was a challenge. There are often a lot of guests who want to have breakfast, and there were quite often long lines waiting to get into the restaurant. Worse, if you are standing in line and are near the front doors, you get blasted with cold air coming in while you're waiting. Once you get in to have breakfast, it's nice. Lots of variety with Hokkaido specialties. On our last day, we experienced some heating issues and also some water temperature issues. They weren't able to be fixed (and from comments from other friends staying on the same floor, it wasn't just our room that had the issue), but the hotel staff offered to move us to a new room, or give us a space heater and blankets. We opted to stay in the room, as we would be leaving in the morning. Mr. Kodashi (?) was the gentleman who helped us, and he was very accommodating and apologetic for the issue. ** HOTEL - kudos to this great employee!

I chose this because it has the bath and being on the park should have been a nice extra. I booked a western japanese room to get extra space and a park view. However our room was on the 2nd floor so we couldn't really enjoy a park view on top of having to keep shades closed so passersby would not see in. Despite being on the 2nd floor right on a busy street, surprisingly it was not noisy overnight. The location is convenient for walking to restaurants in Susukino area and the Nijo seafood market. Also the airport bus picks up right outside the hotel entrance. Breakfast was better than I expected and didn't get super crowded, the dining room is small. They do scrambled eggs very well, and there was Japanese options and a pasta choice. The bath never got too crowded either. The laundry soap (100yen) is separate (does not auto-dispense soap in the wash). I requested a dinner reservation prior to arrival but they said they wouldn't do it, which annoyed me enough that I considered changing hotels. At check-in, I heard the staff offer to make dinner reservation for someone, so who knows what their policy is.

Great location, very near subway exit 2, 3 but there has no elevator. (there is elevator at exit 14 with walking distance) - The breakfast was ok. As we stayed during New Year, there were the Mini Osechi Menu. so i can feel Japanese New Year atmosphere and also the herbal drink (おとそ) and some fortune sweet for customer as well. The staffs are really friendly. They tried to help me in everything esp. when my lugguge key was broken and they help me to open the luggage. Very impressive!! We booked 2 kinds of room i.e. Twin room type C (odori park view) and standard twin room. Everything is good as it should be.

The hotel location is very convenient if you like to discover Sapporo. Within walking distance, you find most of the Sapporo attractions as the Clock Tower, the Botanic garden, the TV Tower, the Gouvernements Building and of coarse the Odori park. Restaurants, Bars and shopping is you will find approx 400 m direction Susukino. From Sapporo Station, Exit West, you take the straight road south - 15 min easy walking or you go by Subway one station on the Tōho Line to Odori / Exit 3 is right beside the Hotel entrance. The room size as well as the bath room is OK. No English Channel on TV, no breakfast - just an Italien Restaurant close by. The. Ed Quality is very good with a selection of different pillows. No matter you see every day a Hoover on the floor, the room is not very clean. The same long woman hair was all the 4 days in the bathroom... The last day no cleaning showed up, I left at 9’30 AM and returned at 14’30 for 2 hours... You get water free of charge, free WiFi and you habe tee and coffee in the room. USB Charger as well as a Hotel own charging unit is very convenient The stuff at the reception is not as friendly as you would expect in Japan. A very expensive laundry service is to order at the reception. On the top floor a bath for Tattoo Free people - no exception / very strict. Over all an average 3 Star Hotel on a good location..... but for $ 1000 for 4 nights I am expecting more!

The Hotel Resol Trinity Sapporo is a great hotel for the price. Located alongside Odori Park, it is right in the middle of the city. The subway station is only a few minutes walk away, allowing for quick access to all other areas. The hotel features modern furnishings, which adds to a simple and cleanly character of the building. The room was small, but not restrictive in any sense. The staff was helpful and friendly, answering any questions we had in regards to the hotel and surrounding area. Resol Trinity will definitely have my patronage for any future trips to Sapporo.

Came to Sapporo for the Snow Festival. The hotel is conveniently located next to the park where the festival was held. Price was reasonable. It is a bit of a walk from Sapporo Station if you plan to drag your luggage through the snow. If you do your research before coming, then you’d find that it is located next to an entrance to the underground walkway that joins up with Sapporo Station. The underground passageway is definitely more luggage-friendly, especially when it is snowing outside. The hotel was clean. The amenities were adequate. In the room there was a multi-port adaptor for charging different types of mobile phones and tablets, which is nice. This is something that all hotels nowadays should have, given how integral these smart devices have become. Glad this one has it. The staff at the front desk was exceptional. Their English is very good, and they tried to help us make reservations for some local restaurants (although unsuccessful, but we were grateful that they tried their best). One girl even ran after us as we stepped outside the hotel to give us a couple of hand-warmers, which was completely unexpected. Will definitely stay again in the future when coming to Sapporo.

Stayed in the hotel for my Valentine's Day celebration with my wife. Great location...right in front was Odori Park, a landmark in Sapporo. We were fortunate enough to get a park view room. Room size is s bit bigger than hotel rooms in Tokyo. Almost all the picture perfect areas in the City of Sapporo can be reached by foot, bus, or train from the hotel. Also very close to rows of good restos and shopping malls. Very accessible from and to the New Chitose Int'l airport as the airport bus stops in front of the hotel. Very convenient...no need to go to Sapporo Station for the train to the airport. We will definitely stay in this hotel again once we return to Sapporo.
