This hotel provides all sorts of amenities. Bath bomb, moisturizer, they have an entire amenities bar for you to choose from. Checkin is electronic as well! The interior design so modern and sleek. Rooms are clean. They even offer free mobile phone with free data for you to bring around when you travel in sapporo.
The bathrooms have two parts. The dry part has the toilet bowl, and the wet part has the bath tub and shower area. Area of showering is big.
Space is adequate, downside is not enough hangers for clothes and hanging spaces.
BEST OF ALL, there is free flow drip coffee machine at the lobby where they grind the beans from scratch~
For the price, its amazing ~~~ Location is just beside the station , within five min walk.

New and modern hotel right around the corner from Sapporo Station. There's a Lawson between the hotel and the station, and a 7/11 across the street. Front desk staff were professional and made us feel welcome upon arrival, they speak little English but used translation which worked well.
We stayed in a Superior room which was bright and pleasant with excellent cleanliness. It's definitely new but there were already marks on the walls (from luggage, I'm guessing) which was a shame. There was a long wall in the room that could've been utilized for more hooks or smart storage. Bathroom setup was very nice and surprisingly spacious with a separate shower room. The bed was firmer but comfy nevertheless and soundproofing between rooms was great.
Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of veggies and various options but it was pretty much the same every day so if you're staying more than a few nights you may grow bored of it. In the lobby there's a complimentary coffee and tea machine, toiletries, and a coin laundry room with three combo machines.

Hotel was in front of Paseo East Mall exit.Was recommending to stay there if you will be traveling from Sapporo Station.Room was quite small but all basic amenities was provided.Bathroom was separated between wash area which come with shower and bath tub, and wash basin area with closet.Recommended to stay.Lobby was in the second floor and 12 levels for the whole building.Consider as boutique hotel.We only had small problem when we washed our clothes in laundry room, the machine cannot work since maybe we put too heavy weight (ps :maximum for one time wash only 3 kg if i am not mistaken even washing machine still have space) my husband said that he was scolded with one japanese staff with unhappy face. Since he was looking for our clothes there is no longer inside the machine.,then it just happened.other than that no problem, house keeping staff also very nice and kind.

This is 2 minute walk from the JR station and within walking distance to most of the landmarks in Sapporo. The hotel is brand new. Although the rooms are small, they are very smartly designed and every thing is handy. Staff is very helpful. The best is the buffet breakfast. There are many Japanese and western options. All are fresh and delicious. The room rate is more than reasonable. Extremely good value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel

Stayed there two nights in February 2020 for the snow and ice festival. Very conveniently located next to Sapporo station. Less than a year old and modern The restaurant if good and tasty. Staff was helpful and attentive.

一家三口. 頭兩晚入住Superior Single Non-Smoking. 之後三晚俾多JPY2000每晚upgrade去Superior Twin Room for 2 people, 要求Hollywood Twin Beds. 企、浴缸加廁所，已佔一半房. 新和有Handy但無得free share hotspot. 此酒店房間種類不多, 得三種. 只適合單人入住. 如雙人，無King/Queen bed. 房間空間不足以開兩個行李. Hotel staff 英文很差，但友善.

This is a new hotel that just opened in early 2019. Rooms are clean, nicely renovated and still have a that fresh new feel to them. Location is unbeatable, right next to the JR station in Sapporo and the Paseo mall as well as many restaurants are within walking distance. Great value for money!

New modern hotel in a very convenient location. Even you have a lot of luggage you can easily walk to Sapporo Station. The rooms are modern and very nice. Good light fittings in the room with brightness control, so you can easily make it very bright or less bright. The bathroom is spacious (in Japanese terms) and convenient. It contains both a shower and a bath, bathrobes, plenty of towels, Japanese shower products. Also, there is a box with extra shower products at reception (e.g. bath salts, brush, creams etc). The staff were very polite and speak good English. I did not have breakfast there, so I cannot comments on breakfast. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel that only takes 2mins walk to Sapporo Central Station, which is also a Mega Mall. Plenty to shop and eat! Just alight at Sapporo Station via the green or blue lines using exit 17 (which takes another 5-10mins walk upon exiting the line). Then, turn left and cross a traffic light upon exiting 17 with the hotel on your left! Very efficient check in/out with helpful staff that speaks English; clean room which the size is just fine for 2 adult with 2 big luggage; nice bathroom with a sitting bathtub; love the amenities that are also made available at the lobby; and the free coffee, too. Also, the self-laundry room at the lobby is a saver! Shall return to the hotel again in our next trip to Sapporo and highly recommend this good and affordable boutique hotel!

The hotel is one street across from JR Sapporo station. As the property just opened in 2019, it is very new, modern and comfortable. The staff speaks good english and check-in was efficient. I love the environmentally friendly idea where you pick your own additional amenities from the lobby. The room is decently sized with one of the best toilet for such hotels I have stayed, a separate cubicle for shower and tub. Breakfast variety is limited, but of high quality. Stayed 2 nights and love every minute of it. Check-out was as efficient. Highly recommended for its location, being new and spaciousness.
