Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was Great. It was beautifully assorted bento with nice sashimi as well. Room was sufficient and useful as well. The part where the star doesn't add up are, 1. May be it's just me but beds were not that comfortable. Not about hard, soft or anything. Just simply uncomfortable. (for me) 2. Nice decent hotel but nothing stands out. Having so many hotel in this area, couldn't add a star for just being nice or decent.

We arrived in Dec for an eight night stay. We couldn’t be happier. We have been to several WBF hotels; so you can say we have been converted. But this particular location is our favourite. For one thing, it was brand new; opened a week prior to our stay. Who doesn’t like new and clean? The staff were cheery, friendly, helpful. There were washers/dryers self-serve. Y300 wash and y100 per 30 mins dry. The icing on the cake was the free lounge. Presently, it is open to all members even those with basic membership rank. It’s open 2-10pm. With an abundance of drinks, bread rolls, cakes, macarons, appetizers, rice and soup. Unlimited alcoholic beverages of sake, gin and others. If you are a drinker, it’s happy hour all day.😃 The location is very good; but if you are coming from the JR expect a staircase. No escalator. If you are underground from JR, the closest exit is at Baskin Robbins. Try the metro entrance at Nishiyonchome station if you need to use an elevator. Restaurants and shopping is surrounding the hotel; there is unlimited choice.…

Hotel start operated two month ago. Therefore, all facilities very new. Room size standard. Breakfast was boring and everyday same. I stay 5 night and I give up to take the breakfast on last day. Surrounding have many restaurant. Opposite have famous bbq stick “Kushidori”. Love to have supper over there.
