A decent hotel, good value for money and pretty good sized rooms. Quite new. Very comfortable beds, probably the best beds on our Japan trip (and we stayed in a couple of 5 star hotels).
No issue with it not being right in the centre of Sapporo - it’s 5 minutes walk to the subway, then only 5 minutes by train to the city centre!

地下鉄駅、トラム停留所からも近く、周囲にコンビニも多いので立地は良い。新しいホテルで設備も良い。特に大浴場は快適でした。ドリップコーヒー、ティーバッグ、カミソリはフロントで持ち出すことができる。毎日、ミネラルウオーターのサービスがあり、部屋には梅茶、煎茶のバッグもあります。ベッドの寝心地も良く、部屋の清掃も丁寧でした。中島公園がすぐ近くなので散歩もできます。全国のダイワロイネットホテルに泊まった経験がありますが、ここはおすすめです。

2022年6月開業とのことで、まだまだ館内は新しく本当にきれいでした。客室のテレビで大浴場の混雑具合やコインランドリーの空き状況が確認できるのでとても便利です。宿泊階以外には移動できないカードキー式エレベーターなので、セキュリティもしっかりしていて女性でも安心できます。機械式駐車場ですがハイルーフ車も停められるのは貴重だと思いました。コンビニも目の前にあるし、ズボンプレッサーが壁に備え付けられているのでビジネス利用にもいいと思います。朝食ビュッフェは種類も多くとてもおいしかったです。次回もまた泊まりたいと思います。

昨年オープンということで当初は希望のプランが見つからなかったが今月になってからかお手頃価格が出てきたので予約した。地下鉄中島公園駅１番出口から徒歩４分というが冬場は堪える。しかも階段かエレベーターしかない。フロントは３名体制で混雑時は待たされる。部屋はシングルルームで他のロイネットホテル並だがデスクチェアはない。バスルームは広くて快適でした。大浴場はまあまあの広さだがお湯の循環口は見当たらず。ドレッサー周りも歯ブラシ、カミソリのみ。遅い時間に入浴する気にはならない。朝食も産業給食業者に依頼しているのか品数も少なくダイワロイネットホテルのなかでも最低レベルと思ってもおかしくない。すすきのは泊まったことがないので評価できないが札幌での全国チェーン展開しているホテルははずれが多いと思う。
