A very nice hotel with grand lobby, all staff members were kind and helpful. The condition of room were clean and comfortable. However, the temperature was too high and no air condition provided during winter time.

My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 4 days and it is probably one of the best hotel stay I've had so far (business trips aside). For the price I paid (about SGD88), the room we got was spacious and well equipped. While the hotel isn't situated smacked in the middle of town, it is not far away...

Hotel staff are nice and friendly. It was a really good experience for us. Although the hotel is a little distance from subway station other than that it was quit nice and clean. We had a wonderful memory over there

A friendly and well located hotel. It has a different name on some maps. Took us 15 minutes to walk from the train station and close to the entertainment district. There are vending machines on the second floor :)

A traditional hotel with probably the largest rooms in the area. It is centrally located although not within walking distance to JR. In between is the TV tower station where a convenient bus may take visitors to the Hot spring area south of the city.

Stayed here for 3 nights during the Sapporo Snow Festival. The hotel is within moderate walking distance from many tourist spots (Sapporo TV Tower, Susukino, Sapporo Beer Museum and Ahasi Beer Tour) and easy access to two subway lines (Toho and Tanzai). The staff were very friendly and polite. The hotel was very peaceful and quiet. And there always seemed...

Rooms are definitely spacious, haven't seen such big bathroom in Japan! The location is convenient, only few minutes walk to Tanukikoji street for shopping and eateries. They offer free parking, which is good if you are self-driving in Sapporo. Kudos for the staff to keep our forgotten swiss knife when we checked out. We managed to collect it back a...

Stayed here with my family on the way back to the U.S. The hotel is truly conflicted. The main floor is expansive and very over the top. I mean really over the top. Piano player, granite, massive oversized rooms, etc. The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. All these things are fine. The rooms are like something from...
