We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights with my wife. The rooms are very spacious, well equipped, however slightly outdated. The hotel is located close to downtown, but still a bit away from the crowd on the opposite side of the river. The staff was helpful and we had no issues during our stay at all.

The place was a bit old already and not really within city center but for the price we paid for it, it was good enough. Rooms was kind of small but I think normal by Tokyo standard. Clean. It has a nearby convenience store so that was good for us because we like buying musubi's from 7-11 for snacks /...

The room is relatively big and the service is good. Staff can speak good English. However it's quite far away from the shopping area. It's more suitable for car travelers. The parking fee for one day is 600 yen. I think it would be better if the hotel can offer water as complimentary. And the bedding is a not very...

This hotel has the potential to be very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful but few around to help with luggage when you arrive. The breakfast meals were very nice. Free parking in the basement. The rooms are large. Good water pressure in the shower. But the place needs an urgent facelift. Our non-smoking room was almost unbearable. Luckily...

Let's start with the good: 1) Great service 2) Large rooms 3) Knowing that it was our honeymoon, the room had two sponge cakes and a note left for us. That's nice 4) Porter was helpful, came back with a map and a pamphlet detailing the laundry services next door and its prices. The bad: 1) Aircon didn't seem to...

Stayed for a night as the first night of the 5days tour with mom, nice and spacious room, very soft and comfy beds, highlight of the room has got to be the toilet seat, it is constantly warm, sad part of the room is only the view and no English TV channels. Breakfast buffet is good with various selections of...

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights during our 2 week holiday in Japan, and out of all the rooms we stayed in across Japan on our travels this one was our favourite. The room was so spacious, which is refreshing as typically Japanese rooms are very small. The bathroom also was huge, with a great jaccuzi deep...

Since my parents had been stated their wedding anniversary stays at year, they requested me to make another arrangement for this visit as well. Both parents still couldn't forget the services the staffs provided them in previous stay. I was a bit worried after changing the hotel name how will be for this second visit for my parents. Staffs are...

Although not in the central area, it is only a 700JPY cab ride to almost anywhere in the city. The hotel has large rooms which are becoming a bit dated, but well maintained. (It used to be a Renaissance Hotel). The bathroom was a good size. Service was excellent and the meals were also good. The breakfast buffet could have...

The Premier Hotel formerly Renaissance is a lovely Hotel in an excellent position close to the Susukino bright lights area. Plenty of shops, nightlife etc and buses at the front door. Easy to get to all the Tourist spots. Spacious room with excellent amenities however we had a major problem. The room was unbearably hot. The window only slightly opened...
