The staffs are friendly and enthusiastic to assist you with any requests. Truly experienced the Japanese hospitality style. I would come back next time when I visit Sapporo. The staffs were proactive and understand wh a t you need. We were happy started at the beginning when we entered the hotel. Cheers, Aylwin
I wish to express my sincerest gratitude to your concierge staff, Ms. Harada. I was a guest of your hotel (JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo) from 1 to 3 Jan 2023 (Booking ID: 786530037). I had booked a stay at Dai Ichi Takimotokan in Noboribetsu right after my stay at your hotel, but I did not know that the direct bus from Sapporo Bus Terminal to Dai Ichi Takimotokan needed a reservation. When I approached Ms. Harada for help, she immediately helped me to check the bus information. She found out that the direct bus was operated by Donan bus company and tried to call the main office of the bus company but it was closed, so she guided me to the nearest Donan bus ticketing counter at Sapporo Bus Terminal to make the reservation. She told me that the bus might already be fully reserved so while I was checking with the Donan bus ticketing counter, she also helped me to check on the internet for alternative transport routes to Dai Ichi Takimotokan. The direct bus from Sapporo Bus Terminal to Dai Ichi Takimotokan was indeed fully reserved and I was in a state of panic because I did not know what to do. I also could not read or speak Japanese so it was difficult for me to get around on my own. I was really looking forward to my visit to Noboribetsu. But thanks to Ms. Harada's help, I managed to booka bus for an alternative route to Dai Ichi Takimotokan in the end, and I am truly grateful. She can also speak English very well, and that assured me alot. When I returned to your hotel again on 5 Jan 2023, she remembered me and came over to greet me and find out how my stay was at Dai Ichi Takimotokan. It was a really good feeling to know that your staff remembers their guests and I feel very honoured to have the opportunity to stay at your hotel. The service standard of your hotel is very high and I will definitely recommend your hotel chain to my friends and colleagues. I hope you can help me to convey my gratitude to Ms. Harada. Thank you! Regards, Loke Kwong Peng Samuel…
Perfect hotel for a long weekend in Sapporo. The hotel is conveniently connected to JR Sapporo Station, and while the entrance is a bit understated, it’s very easy to find on arrival in Sapporo. JR Tower is the most interesting part of Sapporo City, minutes away from nightlife and lots of restaurants/attractions. Our room had a beautiful view and was small, but well appointed. We also found the service to be excellent. Check in and check out were easy. PayPay and other forms of electronic payment are accepted.
We stayed here at the start and end of a skiing trip. The location is first class, above the train station. The staff are helpful and friendly. There's some great views over the city and towards Moiwa. The rooms aren't big, but really comfortable and clean and warm.
A great hotel right in the centre of the city. Lots of underground arcades of shops and not far from the Snow Festival. Train station straight underneath the hotel. We travelled from Chitose airport to the hotel without going outside into the cold weather.
Great location for shopping and travelling to nearby area. Clean and tidy room. Beautiful view of city from our room and mountains from buffet breakfast restaurant. Best breakfast ever, great selection, fresh sashimi, salad with wide variety of toppings.
The hotel is well located and clean hotel. My husband would have wanted a gym, but he enjoyed the onsen and relaxation room very much. If you are traveling with a family, connecting rooms are limited. Since all connecting rooms were sold out, the hotel made an effort to put our family's two rooms side by side. The concierge staff were all very efficient. The shopping was pretty good.
Very nice, comfortable hotel very centrally located. Well connected to transport, shopping and entertainment. The onsen in the hotel is really fantastic in a high-rise, urban setting — definitely something to use when staying at this hotel.
Perfect location when the weather outside is less than desirable for walking. Close to the shopping centre and stunning views over Sapporo city. The spa facilities and Onsen are not free unfortunately so we didn’t use. However checking was smooth and the concierge were great at helping us book transfers etc. Great place to stay and would definitely book again next time we are in Sapporo.
