Spent 3 nights here on route to Niseko The hotel has direct access to the Ekimae Siri underground with eateries and shops and access to the subway and the Sapporo JR station..handy in subzero temperatures Took the train from New Chitose Hotel to JR Sapporo station and walked down the underground link to the hotel -their website had very good...

We stayed in Sapporo Grand Hotel for 2 nights, early January this year. We booked a Queen non smoking room. We tried to request smoking room and the receptionist agreed to give us. The room is small and average. Free Wifi. The price for the room is quite steep for a Grand hotel. Maybe it is because it was located...

Great location hotel. About 15 minutes good under ground walk from JR Station. Note to be mistaken for the exit from underground to the hotel. It's not exit 8 but rather look for big wall sign no. 8. Many shops and restaurants along the way to the hotel. Reasonable room size and convertible sofa into queen size bed. Location is...

Direct access from the hotel to the underground walkway (exit 8) that links northwards to Sapporo Station (10 mins), or southwards to Tanukikoji/Aurora shopping areas and also to Susukino. This means you can get from New Chitose Airport to the hotel (by train) without worrying about the weather. The other option is to take the Airport Limousine Bus (Chuo-bus) which...

Our room was small, but typical for a Japanese hotel room. Very neat and clean. The favorite part of our stay there was that it had direct access to the underground area of Sapporo, which was great for us who were not used to the cold weather. Got to eat at some of the restaurants in the hotel for breakfast,...

This historic hotel needs to renovate their rooms. It's a bit run down. Service was almost perfect until I met this lady from China. I requested for coffee sachet as there were only tea sachet in the mini bar. She send me 12 coffee pods and asked why I would be requesting for coffee when there is no coffee making...

Once you reach Sapporo station, you can take the underground walkway to the hotel. It will take about 10minutes to walk from the station and look for the number “8” on your right if you are coming from Sapporo station. The underground walkway is covered and it is a huge plus if it is snowing heavily. Both check-in and check-out...

Walked from JR Sapporo to the hotel. Had a little trouble navigating underground to find the hotel as exit 8 wasn't really close to the hotel. Took around 10-15 mins. Fast check in, staff had a good command of English. Lobby was big and grand, walkway to the other building was quite nice as well. We were given a triple...

This hotel is walking distance to Sapporo JR Station, to Susukino, entertainment area in Sapporo, to Odori Park and to Clock Tower. Perfect for tourist in town. The buffet breakfast offers good choice especially for those who like Japanese food. The bellman service and front office staff made you feel...

Stayed twice here in a week's time. Staff were friendly and attentive which is pretty much Japanese standard. Checked in was 3.00 PM and after that, most were good. Room on the 5th floor were aged and seen better days, carpet stained on both four rooms we occupied, space were good, clean and good quality bed. Very good bathroom and...
