Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed the experience. Very friendly staff couldn't do enough to help. Had a problem with the wi fi and they installed a new router in the room in minutes! This is very central hotel with has good walking access to all restaurants in the city. A Starbucks is attached to the hotel and has...

Part of a business package I was pleasantly surprised by this dignified yet thoroughly modern hotel. It has ambiance and taste yet things are not stuck in the past. Tea in the lounge was a very pleasant experience and quietly calming after a frantic scrabble to make the plane and the train. The staff were hospitable and king and unfailingly...

It is in a great location in downtown Sapporo, a couple of blocks from Sapporo Station, a couple of blocks from Odori Park, and close to lots shops and restaurants. It is also directly connected to the underground walkways which is great in winter. There is a Starbucks and...

Stayed here for a few days on a recent business trip. This hotel presents a mix of very strong attributes and some that will be less inviting for some travelers. It's definitely worth considering, especially for leisure travelers, and given its central location, particularly so if your itinerary is focused in the city center or you will not have a...

Stayed here a few times, and it well located. Within a short walk of the main train station, and almost if not actually above the underground walkway. The room was generally okay, however could do with an update. Bathroom was likewise okay. Breakfast is fantastic to say the least. Front of house are an assest to the Hotel.

This hotel was quite lovely. It had large rooms with a small couch, chair and a desk. The bathrooms were also large enough for two people. The breakfast was included and wonderful. There was a very large selection of western and Japanese breakfast items including the much appreciated salad and raw veggies. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location.
