The hotel was nicely located and only 8 minutes away from JR station. Room size is rather small as per Japan standard, but room was cleaned and staff were extremely helpful. Never try their breakfast due too early for our trip.
This hotel is in a great location for exploring Sapporo. It is just above the covered odori shopping street (Tanukikoji) and also has a convenience store accessible from the hotel lobby, which is great for stocking up the room fridge on snacks and beer etc...More
This hotel is just next to the tanukikoji shopping area No.6 which had a direct connection with Family Mart. Nearest subway will be either susukino subway or odori subway which is about 10min walk. Free WIFI is available and quite strong even in the room....More
The room I got was dusty, and the bathroom smells of urine!! Same case with another room that we've booked as well. This is totally unacceptable and disappointing.
The other hotels that I've stayed in Hokkaido were all up to the Japanese standard.

When I arrived to Hokkaido, I took a train to Sapporo. I am not sure about the airport limousine bus. However if you do take the train like I did, the station is several minuets walking from the hotel. I do believe that there is a bus station in the train station. So if the airport bus stops there then it is easy to get to the hotel. As for your luggage; I don't know if I can give an answer. You would have to email the hotel.
