Poor servic with bad attitudes and amenities . Room was warm and hot, claimed that they don't have air-conditioning and it wasn't the right season for aircon to kick in. Was told to sleep with the wondow open. Refused to change the room and told us to leave the hotel. Extremely poor service and when confronted, they lied, stating that we want to cancel the booking when it was them who told us to leave. Booked via agoda and they refush to add negative comment for this hotel.

Location to Sapporo Snow festival only 3 or 4 blocks very close, room was extremely small with “double bed” and small bathroom. This hotel was very clean but room I stayed in would be ok for 1 person ( NOT 2 ) we had 4 suitcases with no room too sort out things out. Staff were pleasant and check inn/ out no problem.

Booked a small double room. Was cozy. Had all we needed. House keeping was accommodating to our late starts to the day. Bed was comfortable to sleep in. House robes included as well as all normal bathroom goodies.

Stayed here for 4 nights, we had an unique experience here. We had earthquake!!! But all good the hotel is ok Located in the center part of sapporo, walking distance from JR station and sapporo tower. The only thing is the bad is quite small

Modern western type hotel. Rooms rather small but clean and quotes adequate. Very close to main station. On town map, straight down south road a few blocks (5 minute walk). or take subterranean walk to exit 9 (City Hall) on left of passageway. At ground level walk back towards station and look to right in side roads to see sign. Quiet and convenient for centre. Very pleasant staff who looked after our luggage overnight before we checked in. Reasonable price. Recommended for stay in this very pleasant town.

Hotel is not so far from Sapporo station. Hotel from lobby looks very nice modern and clean. Check-in service is excellence. Room is nice size for hotel in Japan. Hotel employees try to serve even they have problem on their English. Overall our family has excellent stay here.

Unizo in is about 5-10 minutes walk from Sapporo Station - if you have bags or if the weather is inclement you can take the underground subway. The hotel has all the amenities that a traveler requires.

Short walk to Sapporo station and Odori Park, subway entrance is just around the corner, super convenient. Room is bigger than other hotels at this price range, and clean. Staff are helpful and polite. Overall, great experience.

we usually stay in Toyoko Inn, but in Sapporo they all were fully booked. So we tried Unizo Inn, The first impression, at the reception area, was afterwards confirmed when we arrived at our room. Clean, modern, comfortable, you name it. Extra bonus: we were at 5 minutes from the Odori park, 10 minutes from the JR station, 25 minutes from the Sapporo brewery and beer museum, ... Walking distances, that is A perfect service, and fully automatic laundry machines completed the experience.

The location is great, so near to all amenities and hardly 10 minute walk to Sapporo JR Station. Super courteous, friendly and helpful staff each day that we were there. Rooms are very comfortable and fully equipped. Mid-range hotel price with Luxury hotel feel. Thank you!
