This is the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel. Service is excellent. Room is clean and have a big window with street view. You got to try the hotel breakfast it has lots of choices including western and Japanese breakfasts. Location is great only 5 mins walk from Sapporo JR station.

The Keio Plaza is perfectly positioned in the hub of Sapporo centre, within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and 7/11s. We enjoyed a comfortable stay on the newly renovated 20th floor, with incredible views encapsulating the hour to hour life of the city. The views are especially exquisite during snowfall (late November). Equipped with fully functional heat pumps, the...

The hotel is a few blocks away from Sapporo station, it's walkable but with luggage and in winter it's a hassle - you can go underground and reduce the walking. Rooms were ok sized, beds were ok, but slightly outdated. Service was good and prompt. The stay overall was decent, but I would probably pick somewhere closer to the stations,...

Choose the Hotel for its location, direct access of Limousine Bus and its Tokyo's chain reputation But tum out, it doesn't live up to expectation wth the bed as the main downside as it was not comfortable at all. The Staff really helpful though, so overall score is 4 out 5

The service there was really bad. The staff gave me a cart to carry my amazon order items to my hotel. The point is he asked me to take it to my room by myself then return the cart to the front desk. I was like..........when I stay at small business hotels like Super Hotel, they...

It's 4 blocks away from the Sapporo JR station. What is said to be a 5 mins walk away turn out to be a challenging 15 mins affairs with luggages to transport and balancing oneself on the icy slippery floor in winter. If you are heading to Sapporo in December and with many luggages, this hotel is not ideal. However,...

Thank you for staying at our hotel. We have some upcoming renovations, and hopefully you will be able to enjoy our newly updated rooms when you visit us again in the near future. Also, please try using the indoor alley next time if the weather condition is not so good. The alley starts from the JR Sapporo station and will...

Here are my comments on Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo. Location: the hotel is not far from the Sapporo JR terminal - about 10 minutes walk in normal condition - but it was still very tough for us to carry 3 big luggage bags and a stroller through the snowy/icy streets from the station to the hotel. Stay at the JR...

Thank you very much for sparing your time to leave such a detailed review. Due to the unexpectedly early heavy snow this winter, the road conditions were terrible everywhere in the city of Sapporo. For your future reference, please try using the indoor alley under the bad weather conditions next time. The alley starts from JR Sapporo and ends at...

I stayed here for one night with my wife as part of a tour group. I have no idea what we paid; our trip was part of a tour and there about 20 in the group - plus my wife handled all the accounts side of things. Room was just up to 4 star standard but my one criticism was...

Our family of four checked into a triple room. We have 2 young children so the room size was just enough. 1. Location Very convenient. Walking distance to Sapporo Station and the shopping malls (Daimaru, ESTA, Stellar Place, Apia). We found a good way to reduce the walk on the ground which is through the basement of Century Royal hotel....

Walk 3 blocks through Paseo West at Sapporo Station to the hotel. There are 3 sets of covered walkway in buildings to avoid the cold weather. You are their priority when you enter for the first time to check in. Our triple room on the 14 th floor was roomy enough. Clean, safe. Family Mart, Daiso, coffe shop and many...

Thank you very much for staying at our hotel and we appreciated your great review.
