A Gift from the Heart of Nature Conveniently located beside Nakajima Park, HOTEL MYSTAYS Sapporo Nakajima Park Annex is within a 12-minute walk from the lively Susukino area and 5-minute subway ride away from JR Sapporo Station. In-room facilities include all modern amenities, free Wi-Fi of course, flat-screen satellite TV and an en suite bathroom.
The Beer Festival had every hotel booked or overpriced. Last winter I stayed at MyStays Aspen, but they were completely booked during the days I was vacationing. After looking at a map for a while, I thought this would be a great option to stay at the Annex. It’s pretty much out of the way from everything. The room and bathroom is really small so don't go into this expecting it to be the Hilton. This place is really only for showering and sleeping. There is a shared kitchen and vending machines, but you need to have your own utensils.

We stayed here 1 night as we were en route to Niseko. We were in a room with a double bed. The room was pretty standard for Japanese business hotel - small by Western standards, but could fit our 2 large backpacks and ski bag fine enough. The bedroom and washroom was impeccably clean and everything seemed to be pretty new. The reception spoke with varying levels of English, but enough for us to check in and out. There is a kitchen on the 3rd floor guests can use for free. Wifi was pretty good. No complaints here.

This hotel is reasonable price and suitable for long stay. Location is little away from center of city but just one cross road to subway station and it is very near to to Nakajima Park. You can jogging or ski walk there. The room is basic facility, clean, secure and cosy. Good sound proof even my room next to the lift, it very quite. The near by glossary shop just 3 minutes walk.

A great small business hotel located at Nakajima Koen ( Nakajima Park ) subway exit 3 or you can take Chuo bus or Hokuto bus from New Chitose Airport and looking for Lifort Hotel or Business Inn Norte as it is close to each other, very easy reach from airport. Room and bed are bigger than what I expect from Japanese hotel. It is bigger than usual but bath tub is very small. WIFI is great signal. Since it is located nearby Nakajima Park, so it is very quiet and tranquil. a convenience store call " SEICO MART " is 3 minutes walk from the hotel ( open 7:00 - 23:00 ) . You can buy food and put in it microwave as hotel provide microwave, ice machine and automatic drinks machine on 2nd floor. Cleanliness is not to worry about. Housekeeping has done a great job on this service.

This hotel isn't far from the metro station, around 5-10 minutes walk and around 30 minutes to city center. Have one convenience store nearby and some restaurants so it's easy to find some food. It's clean and comfortable.

I spent a couple nights at this hotel on business. It's a 5 minute walk from Nakajima Koen (and its subway station), and a 10~ minute walk from Susukino. The rooms are average for Japan. Though the room I had was showing its age, it was very clean and well kept. The bed was really comfy and I had a great sleep. I was also happy to find that all the premium channels were free to use, so I was able to wind down with a movie after a long day. The staff were very friendly, and all important information can be found in English. For the price, you really can't do better in this area. Thanks for a nice stay :)

We stay here for 3 nights, its the longer hotel stay during our Japan trips. Although the hotel do have a car park but we're only able to park for couples of day and been instruct to park at local car park and pay. The room was quite tiny as we booked for 3 person and not much amenities in the rooms also as usual tiny bath tub. The receptionist didn't speak any english but was very helpful with 'body language', the best things so far for us that's a FREE coffee machine by the lobby. The FREE coffee are available from 15:00 onward till 23:00 you can enjoy the coffee as much as you can.

We stay during end of winter this year, the room is really small but it's cozy. Its at the outskirt of the Sapporo City Center but its a great deal for a person who enjoys walking as a part of tour. The front desk could not speak in english but manage to assist us as possible. The wifi is super fast and the nearest subway station is Nakajima Koen (5 minutes) walk.

This Hotel is small and down a back street. But its a hidden gem for the budget conscious traveler. It offers modern appointments and is only a short walk to the subway, and not a much longer one into the heart of Susukino. The staff are extremely helpful and very obliging. The hotel has a do it yourself laundry right next door, which is nice for the longer term traveler. The rooms are well equipped and definitely value for money even though small like most Japanese Hotels. We stayed over the Christmas period and couldn't fault our accommodation. The Hotel has parking for those driving vehicles, in a stack parking building under the hotels entrance canopy. Highly recommend a stay here, both for comfort and value for money.

I was there late November for a short trip with my daughter. The hotel was secluded, though it was near the Nakajima Koen station and Nakajima Park. Room was small but clean and had all the basic necessities including a microwave oven. Each room had its own wifi unit so connectivity was very strong. Hotel staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was ok but not much choice for muslim guests. But no worries, we have the microwave oven. :) Good value for money.
