Detailed Reviews
Stayed a night in this hostel with a friend. I have to admit that I was slightly fearful of what I might find, considering how cheap the accommodation was. However, it turned out much better than expected. I’ve stayed in hotels in Japan that have less space. Basic set-up, but there is everything you need. Friendly staff. Well-located for the centre of town. It is s hostel, so expect to share facilities, but otherwise well worth the price.

I was instantly greated by the most friendly staff - they showed me around and I really fell in love with the place. The beds are big and comfortable, the rooms are nice and I loved that you almost had your own little room as the beds look like little "forts". As it was winter, the rooms were nicely heated so I never felt cold. Chilling out at the bar in the evening, getting to know some interesting people really made this stay perfect. Would'dnt chose any other place to stay in Sapporo.

Warm and comfortable beds, with lots of privacy, and personal bed lights. Quite place, but friendly. Best staff. Shunsuke-San is about the best person ever. This is probably my favorite hostel I've ever been to, and I've traveled quite a bit both in Japan, and Asian, and Europe. There is a bar attached to the hostel to the hostel, and the staff is super legit. Nomihodai at the bar! They recommended great things to do in Sapporo, great places to eat and even gave us our first drinks for free and made us homemade okonomiyaki. Would highly recommend it.

I stayed here for only one night but had a great time with the staff and other guests, we also went out together.
I could choose if I wanted the upper bed or lower. I chose lower. but it was so cold in there! The beds/cabines feel like a little wooden box you can crawl in stooping. A curtain to close, mine was a bit ripped and too small. The bedding is very comfortable. But the cabine was just too cold. So I asked if I could move up and I could as it was free. There it was cozy and comfy and I slept very well. With just one shower and one toilet it was a bit busy but ok. It is a good location, walkable to Susukino and the arcades. The bar in the lobby is a nice place :)

Very helpful, left a jacket behind and when i rang them to see if they had found it they had found it and put it away. They paid for postage back to Australia the next day and emailed me an invoice via paypal so i wouldn't have to pay credit cards fees, i reimbursed them straight away. The staff there were so friendly and went out of their way to help.

I spent 2 nights here on my second trip to Japan. Typical Japanese guest house, very welcoming and accommodating staff, clean, warm and comfortable. Sapporo is just an awesome place and the hostel is in just the right spot. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle yet just a stones throw from Susikino Station, which gives great access to city.

I'd just like to start by saying thank you so much for our amazing stay! This hostel is incredible! I don't even know where to begin. Me and 3 friends booked in during our 2 day visit in Sapporo- We stayed in a 12 bed mix dorm and It exceeded all our expectations, the room style is amazing, each person gets a nook/ cubby style bed- yes it's a double! very comfortable and private! perfect to fit you and your luggage in too! each space has a charging point and free wifi! the location is great, very central and only 800m from the underground station. They have a bar which is lovely, very cheap drinks and amazing atmosphere. The owners are incredible, very friendly and accommodating! I would recommend this hostel to absolutely anyone!
