Excellent view from our 10th floor room.
Spacious, superbly comfortable beds with a huge, clean, well-lit bathroom and all the goodies you usually find in a Japanese hotel.

Generally yes. If you are facing south you will see Kobe Bay, the Mosaic park, the Tower, which is nice in the evening when the lights are on. If you are facing north, you will see Rokko mountain, the Old Settlement, and the town centre. There is no very close building to the hotel. I personally like Kobe Bay view.
