Good hostel in Kyoto within walking distance of JR rail line and buses to major tourist attractions. We stayed in a private tatami room, which we felt was very large by Japanese standards. Helpful staff, bike rentals, and good value for money.

Stayed for 3d2n. Reach the hostel late night and the reception was closed.but not to worry,just email them saying u will check in late and they will email u the step to open the door and so on. The hostel has no elevator,so be prepare...More

The location near the kyoto station and the reception staff can speak english. Inside the hostel can get the kyoto travel information and you may ask details from reception staff. The bed is comfortable and feel worth it
