Stayed here for a conference (like most people)
From kansai airport, i took the high speed train to kyoto station, then a cab to hotel. Tip before you take the JR train: buy water and a snack, the train has nothing during the 90 min...More
This is a good hotel with redone rooms that are very spacious, very comfy beds and crispy linens, fast WiFi, and nice showers. But the breakfast was set up in a ballroom and not very convenient. It’s a $15 cab ride to city center although...More
Probably the nicest hotel I stayed in during my trip to Japan. The room was lovely, large and very comfortable. Yukata were provided to sleep in, and also very comfy. Staff was also very polite and accommodating. Love the courtyard and the outer grounds (which...More
Great hotel large rooms by Japan standard. Right near the conference centre. Several options for breakfast. Nice courtyard in the middle. Easy access to public transport. Was surprised by the nice view from my room.
Stayed here on a business trip and was very happy with the hotel. Rooms were comfortable, and at dusk, I had a view of deer nibbling the lush greenery below my window. While the breakfast buffet may be a bit pricey, it's a great way...More

Once a religious core of the city, the

Hello. I am an employee of Grand Prince Hotel Kyoto. There is no gym in the hotel. There is KONAMI SPORTS CLUB in Kitaooji station building. You can go by taxi in 15 minutes or by subway. We do not have contract with the KOMAMI SPORTS CLUB but everyone can use it at 1,512 yen per time.
We are looking forward to seeing you.
