Amazing hotel in the heart of Kyoto. Clean, comfortable rooms with a helpful staff. Travel throughout Kyoto was simple and easy from this hotel. We got a great package deal traveling outside of Tokyo.

No they do not, or least they didn't when I was there in Oct 2016. I emailed them prior to our departure & they responded very quickly. I believe they do have a laundry service but these are not self service coin machines.
