This hotel is located very conveniently in the city center, near the train station. If you come by car as we did, the hotel as limited own parking available but there were plenty of other options very near as well. One of the ladies from reception desk spoke English and even walked around with us to make sure we find...

The hotel is really normal, a little bit lack of cleansed. Mmmm, well really make me feel unconformable because the bed looks like somebody sit in it and the shower have hair that wasn't mine because obviously I just arrived. The location is very good 5 min for the JR Nagano and near for a places to eat and in...

Clean, comfortable and 3 min walk from the station. Reception is on the 5th floor of the building. Compact size room (standard double) but typical for Japan...maybe slightly bigger than average. Be sure to go to the correct Hotel Sunroute - there's one on the opposite side of the station too. Close to cafe, restaurant and convenience store. Friendly staff.

Hotel is just opposite the Nagano train exit on the East exit direction. If you forward your bag from alpine trip, it is very convenient as to can...

the service was great. The room was very clean, a little bit on the small side but the size matched with the fair price I paid. Comfortable bed. Bathroom amenities and slippers were provided. The floor we slept on had a washer and dryer.

The hotel is few minutes walk from the Nagano train station. Nagano is small enough to walk everywhere as well. The room was small but this is normal for Japan. The wi-fi in the room was fast, the room was clean, the staff was friendly, but again this is normal for Japan. The breakfast was Japanese style with some toast...

This hotel is as close as you can get to Nagano Train Station. We easily wheeled our bags across the road to the station. The staff are very helpful, have some English, and the room although small had very large comfortable beds. A pleasure to stay.

History: Built 1974. Renovated 2011. Interior Decor: Simple and functional. Not fancy. Recent renovation updated the visual appearance. Exterior appearance: 11 story building across the street from JR Nagano train station. 5th floor is hotel lobby. 1st floor features convenience store "Lawson" and other shops/restaurants. Outside view from the room I stayed (809): Commercialized areas in downtown Nagano. Mountains in...
