The room was exceptionally large especially for Japan with everything you would need. Staff and service was to a very high standard, all spoke pretty good English and always very helpful. Didn't have breakfast so can not comment. Complimentary water in your room every day as well as being cleaned spotless and all your toiletries renewed. The hotel is next... More

Large room, fairly big by Japanese standard. Newly renovated and so our stay was very comfortable. Very friendly, cheerful and helpful staff. Location is quite good to us. It is NEXT to the JR Shin-Osaka Station and so very convenient for taking airport express to Kansai Airport, bullet train to Tokyo or local train to Kyoto, etc. Same for the... More

Was contemplating between Remm and Courtyard, chose the latter since the room is definitely way larger than the reviews given for Remm. Having said that, access to Remm was underground (Shin-Osaka) whereas one will need to exit from the underground to reach Courtyard (less than a minute walk away). I think Courtyard is a better deal for families, at least... More

We stayed at the Courtyard Shin-Osaka for two nights. The building itself is a bit outdated, but the rooms are all up to standard. We arrived early morning so our room wasn't ready yet. When we came back later in the day we immediately received our room key and our suitcases were already in the room. As a gold member... More

This hotel was the best among 6 hotels during our hectic 7-day business trip to western and southern Japan. Unfortunately, I just had a few hours stay in the hotel because I checked in late and checked out early the next morning to board my flight home. I had a good night's sleep though short. The bed was soft and... More

This hotel is located right off the Shin Osaka Station. Great location if you're getting off the Shinkansen. Not much around the hotel other than the Shin Osaka Station, the station has a pretty good selection of restaurants. Hotel is newly refurbished, rooms are very nice and pretty big for Japan standards. The only negative is that you can hear... More

We stayed in Osaka for only one night whilst travelling around Japan. We chose the Marriott Courtyard due to its location right next to Shin-Osaka station . As we had quite a bit of luggage it meant we did not have to worry about travel to and from the station upon arrival and when leaving. Firstly it is literally next... More

This hotel is located adjacent to Shin Osaka Station. It is located right outside of the McDonalds on the upper level. In the train station, there are so many food choices, and of course the location is ideal for travel anywhere in Japan by Shinkansen. The room itself is very large by Japanese standards. It was clean and modern with... More

I stayed here for two nights. I had a room with a king size bed, and this room is HUGE by Japanese standards. I had enough room to lay out my yoga mat and do my yoga practice, and to have my bags and many other items I'd purchased in Japan on the floor. The rooms are newly remodeled and... More
