1) The best location possible in Osaka. In the middle of the nicest and most trendy "NYC-like" area in Osaka. 2) The hotel is very nice, with a lot of extra complementary services that no-hotel offers. A bit crazy! Like everything in Japan. They have FREE shiatsu massage chairs! I had a massage everyday. They give you free food and...

The hotel is quite new although the room is a bit smail. Massage chairs at the lobby are always occupied in the evening. It is so crowed for free Lamen and drinks. But you can feel that it is trying to provide extra services to guests. Staff are very friendly with Mandarin speaking person. It is so convenient to main...

It's a small hotel with lots to offer. Location is tops, surrounded by the buzz and eateries, and near the shopping district. Room is tiny but clean and well laid out, even offering a bathtub. Staff is eloquent with many languages. Popular with Chinese tourists. What more can you ask for? Free okonomiyaki workshop a 5pm daily, and free ramen...

I stayed here for one night and wish we had been here longer! Excellent location in the middle of the action in shinsaibashi although a bit tricky for the taxi driver to find! Lots of perks such as free massage chairs in reception, free beer and ramen for an hour every night, free drinks (coffee/tea/juice) in the restaurant at all...

The location make the hotel a quiet environment. It is not far from subway shinsai-bashi. The hotel has special Japanese cultural activity in every afternoon, which is interesting! There is free night meal 22:00~23:00, including liquors, beers, soft drinks and Lamen. Even though the room space is small, the standard room is enough for 2 normal persons

The staff here are all very friendly and helpful. They can speak a variety of languages (Japanese, Korean, Chinese, English) which is extra helpful. I needed to check early (before the allotted check-in time) and they were able to provide me with a room on the spot. The rooms are decently sized relative to hotel rooms in Japan, and the...

This hotel is probably the best I've ever stayed in. For the price, you will not get anything better. It is right in Shinsaibashi, so we were able to walk around no problem. The hotel staff were great, super-polite, and spoke perfect English. The hotel is almost brand new so everything is absolutely spotless. My only negative about this hotel...

We stayed here for one night. This hotel is conveniently located near the Shinsaibashi Station. As its name implies, it has a specially decorated exterior, with a bridge at the entrance. Reception is friendly though check-in took a bit longer. On the other hand, the best part is that they lent us a booklet which explains the hotel's facilities in...
