Absolutely beautiful hotel. Very clean. Had an incredible room on the 36th floor overlooking Osaka and 2 rivers. Fantastic food. The best staff (every single one of them) I've encountered so far in Japan. My wife and I travel a LOT (in Japan) and this is, by far the finest hotel we have had the pleasure of staying in. I honestly can not think of a single negative thing to say. We will definitely be back again....and again.

I stayed at the Conrad for my 45th birthday and it was just fantastic! I was looking for a luxurious and fabulous birthday and the Conrad did not disappoint! 5 star stay! From beginning to end the staff made my stay just perfect. Everyone was welcoming and offered flawless service. From checkin to checkout I was happy everyday and didn't want to leave. Area - Taxis are the quickest way to get around but can get expensive unless you walk, the hotel is close to everything. The train is a great way to get around as well. Room - I stayed in a King Deluxe room on the 34th floor and the views were gorgeous. The floor was always quiet and housekeeping/turn down service was great. The amenities in the bathroom have everything just in case you forgot something. Its the little things that make your stay great. Room Service - I ordered room service a couple of times because the restaurants were either closed or too late to dine in. The food was delicious! Definitely recommend the pasta! Service was quick and hot! Restaurants - I only ate at the 40 sky bar & lounge and wasn't disappointed. The staff was always pleasant and brought me a Happy Birthday plate during my first night there. The drinks were delicious and the food was outstanding! The chef does a beautiful plate arrangement. When you stay here they will give you a list of hours for the different restaurants, so if you stay during a holiday they might not all be open. The views are outstanding, you want to sit and drink for hours. Concierge - TREMENDOUS service! I felt like I was asking too many questions or was too needy, but they never made me feel this way. They always had ideas for me and made sure I was great during my stay. They made sure I had my requested taxi's whenever I needed. When I shopped too much they even made sure my items were mailed out to my home so I didn't have to worry about carrying them back through the airport. Everyone was just awesome, Chihiro Kimora was just amazing, she always asked how my prior day excursions went and filled out all my box labels to make sure they were correct. I just love her, she made me feel right at home. Spa - I got a 45 min body scrub and 90 min aromatherapy massage and man was I relaxed! It was just superb. The spa was clean, quiet and the staff was excellent. The bathroom/shower is right in your room so you don't have to worry about walking around a lot. If you are looking for luxury and top notch service, the Conrad is it! Yes, its a bit expensive, but its totally worth it! I am already planning my next trip back!

The property is great. Stellar view and solid facilities plus a gorgeous pool. Gym also has up to date top notch machines. One of the better Conrad in recent memory. The only downside limited accessibility by public transport. Also likely a Covid related issue but feels like the hotel is understaffed at the moment with longer than expected turn around for simple requests. Overall great hotel. Looking forward to going back when everything is normal.
