First off I would like to say that I was abit spoiled at our previous hotel. Our room was abit smaller than we had hoped. But the AC was excellent, and the amenities we're fantastic. The breakfast's are amazing, when you check in your can choose between a morning bento, or a walk in breakfast. We took the walk in and it was amazing. We had tempura, karrage, miso, and so much more. You also get a Soba for free from the hotel if you come back to the hotel after 9PM.
Great room with all the things you need as well as the things you may have forgotten to pack. Staff were friendly and helpful, nice little sober noodle bar with very attentive service. We didn’t expect great things when we booked but were pleasantly surprised!
HORRIBLE!!! - Horrible Service & Staff On the check out date we received a call by one staff at around 10:20 to check out by 10:30 or otherwise we will be charged. The staff was really really rude to us on the phone. Then, we left the room at around 10:26 and came down to the lobby by 10:30 and we were there right in front of her, but we forgot another keycard in the room so my boyfriend went back up to get it. When he ceme down, she told us that we have to pay because it passed 10:30. I tried to explain to her but she wouldn’t listen (or couldn't understand as her English is very bad) and on top of that she acted very very rude to us. I have been to so many places around the world and this is the first time in my life to get charged for late checkout. - Horrible Room The room is very dusty with bad odour. Not much to none room amenities. No drinking water provided. Relatively Small. - Location It is a bit far from the city and the train station (shin-osaka). These factors combining. This hotel doesn't worth it.…
Very good hotel as well its staff. Big thank to ms Ukenokuchi Shoko to make my vacation enjoyable and memorable. Would definitely recommend this place for my friends. Again, thank so much for your kindness.
Last minute booking whilst catching up with my old classmate in near Shin Osaka station. Once figuring out which exit to come out from the Shin-Osaka station, it was convenient enough location and friendly staff greeting to explain how things work at the hotel. Free soba noodle between 9-11pm was a surprise bonus (even small portion). After an evening trip around Dotonbori - very good night sleep. Super clean room (if on a smaller size - ok I only asked for standard room), but it was super quiet. Recommended.
