We used this hotel for my first and last night in Japan respectively because it was closer to Kansai International than the hotel we were in for the rest of the week, and because it was also very cheap for the price. We stay at this hotel for one night in December. The hotel is located a bit of a distance from the nearest train station but on a nice day its a leisurely walk.
